8pm tonight. It will remain open until 8pm on 26th June, so as to allow time for Coral to transfer the cash to Coral.

And we"re off. Only 8 runners, so an overlay of £2.50 at the mo :) (but still 45 mins of late reg left...)

It"s Thursday night, which means... it"s APAT Live Satellite night!

Fancy winning a seat to July"s Welsh Amateur Poker Championship at Rainbow Casino in Bristol? Register for tonight"s satellite for just £10+1. The game kicks off at 7.30pm and we"ve 1 seat guaranteed regardless of runners (min. 2).

Already won a seat for Bristol? Win another and we"ll credit you with the cash alternative! (£82.50)

Can"t make Bristol / Don"t fancy it? Play anyway, and use the winning ticket to play any APAT National Event or a host of LPPL events (see first post for details).

Game is listed under Coral Exclusive > APAT. Password: apatmemb

If you don"t already have the software, download from http://www.apat.com/online

6 minutes to go, and it would seem everyone is watching the World Cup opening ceremony!... Only 3 players = a massive overlay!

7 players now :) There"s 20 minutes of late reg. if anyone else wants in :)

It"s Thursday night! And that means we"re holding an APAT Live Satellite! :)

Win your way to the Welsh Amateur Poker Championship, taking place on the weekend of 5th/6th July in Bristol.

Tonight"s satellite starts at 7.30pm, and is £10+1 to play. As always, we"ve one hour of late reg too.

If you"ve already won a seat for Bristol, why not play again anyway? If you win again, we"ll give you the buy-in equivalent (£82.50) in cash!.

Even if you can"t play Bristol, or just don"t fancy it, you can still play tonight"s satellite. If you win, you can use the winning ticket to play any APAT National Event or any of a number of LPPL events!

Why isn"t the excess paid out as one prize?  Seems silly paying more places which barely cover the buy in.

^This. Will be ****e to come 5th for £5.25 tonight. There is £31.50 excess tonight - would much rather see that go to third place.... it"s a satellite and doesn"t need any kind of convention payout structure.

I will email Coral to find out if it"s possible to pay out the cash to next player down, or if iPoker sats require the payout to be allocated the way it"s been set up currently.

Tonight"s satellite is about to start! (or at least it would do if we could get the minimum 2 players required! :D ).

Win your way to Bristol for just £10+1! 1 seat guaranteed regardless of number of runners (min. 2)

Aye, I think it"s ipoker"s standard quirky way of doing things.

p.s. Jon, are you playing Bristol? Do you want to use the seat you won?

Coral have confirmed that from Thursday"s satellites onwards any excess money will be paid to the first finisher outside of the seat prizes.

Even more glaring tonight as the excess for 2nd was almost enough for a seat.

Agree it"s incredibly glaring, but isn"t it good (in a way) that you finished 3rd, and got paid £20.25 for doing so?...

I"m not results orientated haha.  Satellite tourneys should only have one further prize after seats.

Yes, agree with this. As posted above have emailed to ask what happened/sort for next time. The APAT welsh sat is set up correctly, not sure why this wasn"t fixed. Admin error/oversight I"d guess. These things happen.
