can someone please tell me how i upload a picture to my posts(http://[img][img][img][img])[/img][/img][/img][/img]

Do u use a site like photobucket?

If so, when u upload them, u can get the link and just paste it on the site.. if u need more detail just post and ill get it for u, just in 3 comps at the mo (obv brag) or I would give more info...

Just looked the [IMG] link is the one u need to post, then the picture is kept in your account, and easier to upload..

Photobucket account is free if you dont have one.

I simply upload the picture to my webspace then use the image tags and use the full url for where the picture can be found.
