Title: Seat required for the Main Event, willing to offer 20% of winnings aswell.

I aquire a seat for the main event. If you have a seat and want to sell it then contact me on 07824839661 or sharifi5@scientist.com.

I will also offer 20% of any winnings I make in this tournament to the person who sells me the ticket. Sweet huh! Details on contract will be specified through email.

Seats cannot be sold for more than the value of the entry.

I would imagine that offering a stake of your winnings would constitute that.

Not much different to swapping pieces of each other really though which I"m sure will be the case with the amount of people who know each other well playing.

It is different though.  A seat isn"t "given up" when people swap percentages.  Swapping percentages is done on a personal basis and is outside the remit of APAT.  Exchanging seats based on anything other than face value is against APAT rules as Jon pointed out.
