Firstly I would like to thank APAT for the invite to captain the Ireland team in the WCOAP 2016 in Stratford London. This is a fantastic honour for me to play for my country and also to captain the team. After last years performance coming second to Italy I had no hesitation in asking the same players to come back this year and play with the same pride and comradeship as they showed last year.
Ireland Team is.
Frank Bailie.
Eamonn Gavin.
Kevin O"Hanlon.
Ian Thompson.
There is no doubt that we have a good mix of players who can play Holdem, PLO, Heads up. MTT and Sit and go. Good luck to all the teams taking part this year, have a great competition and may the best team win.
