Kevin O"Hanlon is below half the starting stack already. He"s not concerned - says he was in worse shape yesterday and came back. It"s always a roller-coaster with Kevin, though calling raises with a Stud hand when the game has changed to Razz doesn"t help........

Stud  300/150/50

There has been a huge hand between Warren Jones and Massimilliano Diato.

Jon Woodfield completed on 3rd street and Massimilliano raised. Warren, Kevin O"H (bring-in) and Jon W all came along, so it was already a big pot.

Warren led on 4th, Kevin and Jon called, Massimilliano raised and Warren reraised. Kevin and Jon realised they were out of the depth in this hand and gave up. Massimilliano raised one more time, which capped the betting and Warren obviously called. The rest of the hand saw Massimilliano check-calling.

The up-cards were:

Massimilliano Qc 7s 9s 9d

Warren   Ah 6c  Ac 10h

Warren showed 6c 6s x, having filled trips on 4th and a full house on 5th. Massimilliano showed Ad  A s and can"t resist telling Warren "That"s how good you run", like that"s news to the rest of us.

Warren is up to 11.5k after that and Massimilliano is down to 3k.

Omaha Hi-Lo

There has been a big pot between Raunaq Latif and Daniel Anderson. A lot of chips went in on a board of Jc Ac 4c Kd 2c

Daniel had Qc 5c 5d 2h for the second-nut high and a missed good low draw.

Raunaq had 9c 9h 5s 3d, giving him a low straight and the nut low.

Chop!

Omaha Hi-Lo

Warren has won another pot with another house of sixes, this time against Andrew Murrie.

Andrew declared two pair, Aces and Jacks, which doesn"t match up to Warren"s hand:
[6d 9d 9h]  5d 6h 6s Kd

Both say that they thought they were winning the high, but they assumed that they had lost the low. In fact, there is no low and Warren scoops. As he does.

No Chop!

Simon Lawlor starts the hand with rolled up Queens [ Qd Qh] Qc.

Billy Whicher makes trip nines on 4th street. [ 9d Kh] 9c 9s.

Neither improves.

Parish Doshi makes a 7-high straight on 7th street, which also gives him a 7-low - and scoooooooooops!

Raunaq Latif moves up, winning a big three-way pot against Warren Jones and Noelle Baq.

The shared cards were 10d 2c 4s A s 8s and lots of chips had been bet.

On the River, Raunaq bet and the other two both called.

His hand Ah 3c 5d Ks was good enough to scoop high and low.

Stud Hi-Lo

An interesting scenario occurred on Table 1, where Warren Jones was dealt his 7th Street card face up. The hand was heads-up by that stage and the ruling was that the other player should also receive his card face-up and action then continues as normal.

Jon the TD mentioned that this was the ruling because they are heads-up, so I pulled him aside to ask if it would be different if there were more than two players involved. He explained that the heads-up scenario is just a case of equalising the players" situations, but if there are more players involved, they all receive their final card face down as normal. The player who received the face-up card is then first to act, irrespective of cards showing, and he has the option to go all-in, even though it"s a limit game and even if it exceeds the cap. If he goes all-in for an amount that is less than the cap, other players may re-raise, but only to the cap. If his all-in exceeds the cap, other players may only call. He can also make a normal bet or check. If he does, betting then continues as normal and he no longer has the all-in option if the betting comes back to him. Isn"t that interesting?

Jon knows everything.

Raunaq Mucks A Winner!

Raunaq Latif mucked the winning hand in a 10k pot. The British cowboy had AK showing and turned over AK at showdown for two pair and Raunaq mucked. After a couple more hands had passed, he suddenly said "You didn"t have a full house that time, did you?" and revealed that he had mucked a flush.

Both Players Give Up!

All the fun scenarios are happening on Table 1. Noelle Baquiche and Warren Jones get into it early, but it all slows down near the end as their good starting hands go miss-miss-miss.

Noelle:  A s 6s 8d 10c
Warren:  Jc 5h Kd Qd

Noelle bet until 5th street, but checked 6th and 7th and Warren checked behind.

Warren had Ah 5c  4c, which gave him a pair of fives with no low.

Noelle mucked.

What could she have had that doesn"t beat a pair of fives, but yet doesn"t give her a low? Not many possibilities....

Two big hands in quick succession:

I join the hand at the turn with Qc Ad 8h 6c on the board.
Billy Wicher moves all in and Laszio Kezkody calls.

The action is now on Kamil Mierzejev, he ponders and makes the call...he thinks they are heads up so he flips his cards!

The floor is called and the ruling is that action continues with Kamil"s hand face up.

Kamil is showing 8s 6h 4d 2d

The river card is the Qd and Billy mutters "that"s a bad card for me."

Laszio looks at the board and looks at Kamil"s cards.

He checks as does Kamil and the cards go over.

Laszio Ks Jh 3c 4c

Billy A s Kh 8c 5d

Billy takes the high and Kamil takes the low.

Instantly after, I look round at the table behind me and Tom Slikboer is all in pre flop.

Seat 2 (didn"t manage to catch his name, may be able to amend when seating list provided) is all in also for much less, it is on Darren Hand to make the decision.

He calls and three hands go on their backs:

Tom shows Qc 3s Ac Ad
Seat 2 has As 2h 3c 6c
Darren turns over Ah Qh 2s 4s

All up to the cards now: Js 7c 5c Jh 9s

Tom wins the high and, with no low, scoops the full pot and knocks out the player in seat 2.

The three big stacks are all on the same table and get into a big three-way hand.

Edward Jackson-Spicavk manages to fold without losing too much and the other two end up chopping a big pot and getting their chips back, with no real change in chips.

It"s a mega pot.

7d 7d 5c Ac Ac Jd 5h

The betting is capped three-way on the Flop.
On the Turn, John Kent bet, Stepen Sapsford raised, which put him all-in and both Vince Eley and Kent called.
The river went check, check.

John Kent 2h 3c 5s Qc
Stephen Sapsford 3d 4c 6h 7s
Vince Eley 2c 4h 6s 8d

Sapsford is eliminated, Eley is down to 7k and Kent takes the lead in the tournament with his new 51k stack.

Eley is eliminated in the next hand.

While all that was happening, the chips have been moving on the other table.
Previous leader Edward Jackson-Spivack"s stack has depleted, but he gets a much-needed double-up. Kryzstzof Pregowski exposed his two hole cards on 6th street and Edward, who didn"t have a very strong high or low, was able to bet and get called by Kryzstzof"s even weaker one to scoop, as Kryzstzof had a possibility of winning either way and had to call.

Edward is back up to 27k.

1 - Stephen Johnson
2 - Tom Clark
3 - Steve Roderick (Rodders)
4 - Frederic Dehling
5 - Jozsef Boka
6 - Laszlo Kezdody
7 - Alin Covaliuc

Been stood at this table for a little while and nothing much happening, pots staying mainly small or taken before showdown.

One pot with a little interest sees Rodders, on the button, call after Laszlo limps. Frederic makes up the big blind and Jozsef checks.

First three cards out: Js 3d 5c

They all check.

The 3h on the turn is checked to Rodders who makes it 1000.

Frederic calls and the others fold.

The river is Kh and Frederic checks.

Rodders turns over his A s Ad 7d 7h - two pairs, aces and threes.
Frederic has 5d 3s 2s 6h and takes the pot with three 3"s.

Of course, as soon as I leave the table to type this, they lose Alin and I miss the details...

Ks Qc 10c

Noel bets out for 7k and Laszio calls

Noel makes the call.

Interesting 7s on the river but both players check.

Laszio declares "the nuts...well...until the river anyway" and shows 7d Jd Js Ad for the straight.

Noel says " I was all over it" and shows 4d Ac Kc 10h for two pair - aces and kings.

Stephen Johnson announces "pot" and re raises to 12.6k, he makes it known he only has 2.1k behind...

Noel makes the call and we see 4c 10d 10s

Stephen moves his last little bit over the line and Noel with a "I can"t fold for 21(hundred) more" and chucks in the chips.

Stephen shows Ah 4s Kc Ks

Noel 2h 4h 5s 5c

4d turn and both trip up...

Jd on the river and Stephen will take the pot with 4c 4s 4d Ah 10d and there is no low so a double up for Stephen who is now on around average stack - 33k.

Kamil goes for the double and all his chips go in on a 6s 7c 7d flop

Adrian calls and turns A s 3s 8s 2c

Kamil has Ac Qc Jc 10h

The turn and river are 4d 9s

And the best Kamil can manage is a chop pot - he takes the high, Adrian the low.

Rodders taking a pot, he raises pre and gets a call from Adrian in the big blind.

The board is checked to the river and comes Kd Qh 4h 9h Qc

Adrian leads out for 10k

Rodders does some pondering and counting and grimacing...and calls.

Adrian mucks before Rodders can show his As Ad 6c 8s and Rodders takes the pot.

Rodders makes it 16k to go from late position.

Michel makes the call and Kevin, in the small blind, moves all in.

Kamil groans and folds.

Rodders asks for a count - 31k and makes the call.

Michel comes along too.

The flop comes 10d 8d Ac

Rodders bets the pot, enough to put Michel all in.

He tanks....and folds.

Cards go over

Rodders has 7s 2c 5c 3d

Kevin Ah 2d 4d 7h

Turn card 6s

River 10c

Rodders has the low and Kevin has the high...another chop pot.

It is all going on now!!

Noelle doubles Piotr up when her Kd Ah Kc 8c is bested by his Ad 3c 4c 6s

All in pre flop and a board of 7c Jd Qc 5s Jh

Piotr takes it all.

Not long after that Noelle, Kamil and Piotr get it all in pre flop.

Piotr has the other two covered and is holding Ad Qd 4s 2c
Noelle has Kamil covered and shows Qh 6d Ah 2s
Kamil is at risk and has 7c As 8c 8h

The board comes down 3h 3s 2d Qs 9c

Piotr wins the side pot and he and Noelle split the main pot.

Kamil Mierzejewski finishes in 9th and receives £110.

Again, not many hands after this Paulie makes it 22k to go and Kevin moves all in for 51k.

Paulie makes the call with 3c 6c 2c Ah

Kevin has Jc Qs A s 2d

Dealer puts out Jd 2s 6d 3d Qd and Kevin will take the lot!

Big blind, Edgard, folds.

Flop of 8h 5h 8s gets checks from both.

Yeah, not too sure what to say really. Played well up until heads up where I lost it a bit but had collected enough chips up till that point. Got lucky but you need to to win one, really pleased with that will post some more tomorrow but yeah. Lucy did an awesome job as did Damon Hill..... I mean John. Look forward to the six Max tomorrow now.
