Hi all
It appears that the Online Main Event satellites are not automatically registering winners to the Main Event proper.
I have emailed my contact at Coral to ask this is corrected. In the meantime, can someone who has won a satellite and not been automatically registered for the Main Event, try to manually register using the £22 token you"ll have been credited with.
If that fails, please use the "Support" option (link at bottom of poker client*). Please let me know the result of this so I can advise others. Thanks.
*If this link doesn"t work, try the following instead:
Tel: 0800 44 00 11
Live Chat: Go to http://www.coral.co.uk/poker
Scroll down to bottom of page and click "contact us".
Select: I would like help with > Poker > Tournaments
Click "No" in answer to the question "Did these answers help you?"
Then select "Live Chat".

Thanks Matt, I was going to PM you about this. I won the sat on Thursday night and have a main event token in my account that states active but when I go to use it it"s greyed out and won"t let me. I haven"t tried contacting support yet but will do this morning and let you know.
Thanks

Update: Unable to get hold of my contacts at Coral as they don"t work weekends. I have contacted iPoker tournaments team direct, but no response yet.
Has anyone affected spoken to Support yet? If so, what was the result?
-
Hi Matt my token is ghosted out therefore not live . i have tried the support tab at the bottom of the homepage but nothing is happening.

Its like waiting for paint to dry , trying to get through to Corals. Finally got through after 30 mins and there supposed to be ringing me back.
Can"t remember the other 2 winners from last night have they got sorted ????
-
Nobody is sorted thus far afaik.
If my contacts at Coral, iPoker tournaments team, and Coral Support are all unable to help I"ll have to ask winners to register themselves and I"ll credit your accounts with £22 cash on Monday. Apologies, but in the absence of everything else, that"s the only thing I can think of suggesting.
Give everyone a chance to respond first though.

Spoke to "Charles" and said i had to get in touch with APAT . told him its there problem and you would only ring them .
think they owe me more than £22 , messing about has taken up most of my evening ( Di"s not a happy bunny lol)
he is getting in touch with i poker and getting back in touch with me.
will keep you updated i pointed out that it was more than myself and ALL the satellite winners need putting in or tokens sorted.
-
iPoker Tournaments team have got back to me and confirmed they have now correctly associated tokens with the final.
Can everyone who has won a satellite please now manually register for the final.
-
Thanks Matt
I"m in
Hope the others are all sorted
Cheers

Hi... I won a token in a satellite yesterday. I can see the token, but when i use it, i get a message saying that "another player in this tournament is sharing your credentials, you can"t register for this event"
any ideas?

Another player is currently having the same issue. I have reported that to iPoker and they are investigating. In order to report yours too, please give me your Coral poker nickname.

iPoker say they have fixed this now. Close the Coral Poker application, reopen it, and try again. It should work now (other player was successful).
