Where possible, try to choose the club most local to you for the season.
Once registered for a Poker Club you are unable to change clubs during the season.

Hi,
I am a late adopter in APAT, played Bolton at the end of last year and want to be as much involved as possible this year, so would love to join the online Southampton league.
A few questions though and hoping you can point me in the direction of further information:
- Is there a fixture list, dates etc for online league for S4?
- How are prizes/points distributed?
- How does the league event appear in Betfair (I saw div 1,2,3 in the games list already)?

Find some answers to your questions below and I have added you to the southampton league.
-Fixture list is online http://www.apat.com/forum/index.php?topic=5149.0 (http://www.apat.com/forum/index.php?topic=5149.0) and the league starts on the 7th March
-Points are distrubuted for a top 10 finish and prizes are set by the software depending on the amount of runners
-Each club has been split into leagues for this season as their will be promotions and relegations to add spice to the league Southampton are in League 2.

I"d like to play, not sure if I can get funds on Betfair. May be able to.
As far as I know, you won"t lose anything if I only participate in a few events? If so, I"ll definitely play when I can to try and help out the team although my life is pretty crazy right now so can"t guarentee I"d make them all.
I"ll have a look at Betfair Friday night, see if I can make something happen. I know I"ve got an account, think I may have maxxed out trying to guess the password a while ago, sick degen... why don"t I just play tight one time and click the "forgot password" button :( :( :(

Hi to those who have registered so far - David, Leigh, Carl, Dave, Keith, James & Andy. I have just pm"d the players who registered last year, which may jog a few memories, particularly if they don"t log on the forum very often. Please spread the word amongst any contacts you have outside of APAT who may be interested in joining the team.
As you have probably noticed, the team has been renamed Solent Poker Club to take account of players living throughout the club"s catchment area.
We will be playing in Division Two this time (but not next time!) so make sure you join the right game or your points won"t count.
Let"s kick some ass!

I have contacted a b&b less than 1/4 mile from the grosvenor that has availability on Sat 17th April. Twin rooms with parking for sat and sun and breakfast @£35 each. If your interested we need to make arrangements, someone will need to book with their cc as i dont have 1. I will be at the heroes on wed night if you want to get together to discuss it or text me.

Hi Tony, I would be interested in that kind of deal. We still thinking of driving and parking at the hotel/b&b? 4 people doing the share in the car back and forth plus relatively cheap accomodation sounds good to me! I can"t make Heroes but if you speak to Ben and/or John let me know the outcome. At that price it"s probably worth it not to have to make a long trek home late that night.

Just a heads up about hotels near the vic.
There are loads in sussex gardens and they do vary in quality judging by the reports from when the wcoap was held there.
Also be careful you are on the right (west) side of the Edgeware Road as it used to be the boundary (presume it still is)
for the congestion charge.
I also remember a decent pub behind the vic (not the closest one - didn"t get round to trying this) up just past the vic"s car park where you could enjoy a pint with a game of backgammon or chess.
