Title: Teck help

When I log on to the internet, I am automatically on "work off line" I know how to get back on-line but how do I set it so that I am on-line when I log on to the internet?

Have not tried it yet, when I logged on tonight it was fine but then I got disconnected and when I got connected again I was off line. I don't know if I have a more serious problem. I keep getting disconnected I have to try about 10 or 12 times before I stay connected. I have phoned Virgin but they say that there is no problem with them.
