Title: blue square wont let me down load software

i click down load and it just stays blank screen?

It may be a PC problem rather than a blueSQ problem

I"m guessing it might have something to do with your firewall/security settings. :-\

just contact them for a disc to be sent....

i did have one till i chucked it away the other day!!!

disable your anti virus software, then try and download it..

if you have NOD 32 then its a pain

I do  :-[

I"ve tried disabling the AV but still can"t get the intall download.

Will it work if I get someone to copy the download onto a mem stick?

I don"t think a pen drive will sort your problem.

Best to get into the guts of your NOD32 / Firewall software and allow a file called "poker.exe"

I"m having the same problem with all new ipoker sites. Has anybody managed to solve their problem, please let us know.

Also for the PC savvy guys, what exactly do I have to do to allow the "poker.exe" file?

If you disable NOD32, then the download and install should be OK.  That"s all I did.  You might want to try it in a different browser (if you use IE, try Firefox or Chrome, or vice versa).

Just tried it again.  Deactivated NOD32, downloaded the installer and it worked fine.
