:)  I wonder when people will start to realise that an APAT National Event is probably of an equivalent standard, or better, than a GUKPT event which has a £1000 buy in. Don"t be fooled by the fact that it"s only a £75 buy in!!

I think you are taking it a little bit too far with that comparison, however I am fully aware that the standard is, on the whole, fairly decent. As a well known regular on both the GUKPT and GCBPT tours, and having played several APAT events, I feel qualified to state this. I would like to play the event as I feel the structure is very good and the standard is much better than the donkfest that will occur at the DTD 321 held on the same day.

Steve, I don"t think there is a set time limit as to when the sale has to be made by. Des has stated in another thread that sales can still be made on the day of the event, but I would suggest that the recipient and yourself find some way of contacting Des asap after the sale is made.

With any luck, though, you"ll make it to the event - pretty sure you"ll be missed if you don"t make it  :D

Take care, mate.
