Title: PStars connection problems
Post by: kaysing on April 29, 2009, 21:19:02 PM
Can"t connect to Pstars at the mo.  I have uninstalled and reloaded but no joy.  Has anyone else got a similar problem?

Just to close this one off - everything is goodness after a reboot.

Of interest to some perhaps, I recently emailed pstars about the possibility of introducing a deep stack (5000 chips 30 min blinds) PL Omaha game - call it a bit of pre W Champs training.  Keep an eye out just in case they should take up my suggestion.

Just ahd a look at pstars for sun 7:15 am starts and the only deep stack i can see is a NL Holdem game - $33.  Is that the one you meant sharplea as I was looking for a Deep Stack PL Omaha game.  Still not heard anything other than a confirmatory email from pstars.  They have passed my proposal onto management who are considering introducing a Deep Stack PL Omaha game.

Sorry Dave, they must have changed it. I know that it used to be there and if you go to http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/tournaments/schedule/deep-stack/ then it says its still there.

I have just checked PStars myself and found two - one is on a Tuesday night at 11.15pm and the other is on a Thursday morning at 7.15am. The evening one is $22, morning is $33. Pretty rubbish times but I hope you get to play one!
