Title: Just Not My Night
Post by: K3vl4rUK on May 01, 2009, 23:39:08 PM: Went to the alea tonight for the 40 quid double chance ir really just wanst my night.

First 4k went when i rivered a flush and a guy rivered a full house.

most of second 4k went when i flop two pair 10"s and 3"s and guy flops bigger 2 pair Jacks and 10"s

Rest of Second Stack Goes when i get the sickest bad beat i"ve had in quite a while and that is including playing on PStars.

Stars last week, 3 hours+ into the tourney and I am in the money with 24 players left and my stats tell me I have won 100% of my showdowns.
The guy to my left has 115k and gets raised by the button on a J-4-8 board and replies by pushing all-in for the umpteenth time.
The original raiser thinks for about a minute before calling his 48k stack with A-J.....the 115k guy shows A-7 !!
That drops him to about 67k and the very next hand is the last before the break. Its folded to him in the SB and he shoves again and I KNEW he was raising with nowt so I snap called with K-Q.....and it beat his 2-6 off !!
I am feeling pretty good now and after the break he pushes again on the first 2 hands. The 3rd time he does it I call with A-Q sooted and he flips J-9 diamonds and hits runner-runner diamonds for his flush !!
Kinell......great reads, great play throughout and I lose one hand and am out !!
POKER.......DON"T YA JUST LOVE IT !!
