Holland Casino Amsterdam, Max Euweplein 62, 1017 MB Amsterdam.

Only place I"ve played in Amsterdam but they had quite a lot of cash games on and it was well run and friendly.

It"s in the city center just across from the Hard Rock Cafe (standard cafe BTW if you want anything more special to Amsterdam you will have to go elsewhere  ;))
