Title: Name The APAT Player

All pics taken from APAT events. Players should not reveal themselves please!

For anyone reading the thread for the first time, please note when a player has been identified the picture will return to normal.

Mike is the joint 31st player of all time in the APAT Rankings; a position which does not take into account his non points scoring victory in last year"s WCOAP Razz Championship at the Victoria Casino, the UK"s first Razz event. Had that event awarded points, Mike would be joint 21st in the overall Rankings.

In addition to his WCOAP victory, Mike has secured a Silver Medal in the recent Scottish Online Championship and Bronze medals in the Russian Open in Season 1 and the Estonian Open in Season 2. In total, he has scored Ranking points in 7 events.

James has had a tremendous amount of success in online tournaments and has cashed in the WSOP main event, but to date, he has never won an APAT event. He does hold a Silver medal for finishing runner up in the Scottish Amateur Championship in Season 1 and a Bronze medal for the Welsh Online Open in Season 2. He has made three other APAT final tables including last year"s Scottish Amateur Championship and scored Ranking points in 8 events in total.

All APAT final tables. However, he has made three National Amateur Championship final tables and finished twelfth in a fourth.

He has an incredible record of going deep having reached 7 APAT final tables, including the final table of the UK Amateur Championship and Scottish Amateur Championship in Season 1 and the UK Amateur Team Championship in Season 2. He has also final tabled three Online Open events and one Regional Championship event. Perhaps one of the unluckiest players not to win an APAT Medal?

Post by: APAT on July 14, 2009, 22:04:39 PM: It is of course, Mr Jack "Technolog" Prime, who admitedly is a few pounds lighter these days. Jack can boast; if he was the sort - which he is not, of being the 6th highest Ranking APAT player of all time.

Jack has had twelve points finishes in three seasons, most notably taking Gold in the Online Greek Open in Season 2, Silver in the Asian Open (Season 1) and Chinese Open (Season 2) and Bronze in the Scandinavian Open in Season 2. His best result might be the Bronze medal he took in the OnLive Championship at the end of Season 1, which saw him come through a field of 200 runners online to play a high octane final table at the Victoria Casino in London.

In addition to his five Medal performances, Jack has also final tabled a further four events and scored Ranking points in a further three.

I couldn"t see it initially, Stuart. I pasted the link into the address bar of a new tab. Then refreshed the original APAT tab and, as if by magic, the piccy appeared.

Are you using IE7, IE8, or a proper browser like Firefox ?

...was in fact Steven Bayliff. Mr Bayliff is the number one ranked APAT player online over the last three seasons and fifth ranked overall. He has five medals and eleven final tables to his credit, all online - with ten of those results coming in season two. His medal haul was made up of a Gold in the Albanian Open, two Silver in the Irish and Greek Opens and two Bronze in the Belgian and Polish Opens.
