Title: Spare Luton Seat

I have a seat reserved at Luton but am now unable to attend.  Don"t feel too sorry for me, I"ve just booked a week to Vegas!

The Payment didn"t go through so I"m guessing it can be changed to the first responder and they can pay at Luton?  

Hopefully this is ok, if Apat can confirm?
