Title: Dead Decks vs bad play

Hi all,
New here but was just wondering what advice would be helpful to my game:  Prob seems to be not getting hands to play and then when i do play a hand the tables think im playing tight so when i dont hit on the flop the raise/ re raise and i fold seem to be running the same game to play better but losing more.Any advice would be gr8ful

Possibly try the poker training section, no point asking me..
