oh good spot but you are clearly correct that it still stands as previous post confirms :D

Of course Dan, if you know he"s only playing High, then it woould be an easy fold. :o
-
If he >"s you on the flop, good chance he"s hit nut flush and your then calling to a draw for half the pot. So I"d wait for another hand to scoop and bust the big fish...... sorry Brian :)

I play Omaha and Omaha Hi-Lo as a bit of fun. Winning the tourney in Luton, the £400 and the £275 GUKPT seat was also a bit of fun.
If this guy wishes to school me, then I will gladly listen. If he wants to pay me into any tourney"s then I will gladly play HIS way.
But having said that, I accept I did play these hands poorly but then I am prepared to listen to anyone"s opinions on the games as I take my game seriously. I mean, you wouldn"t find me rolling about casino floors like some kid. THAT WOULD be silly......wouldn"t it ??
But as you are so worried, I was playing 2 tourney"s alongside my "bit of fun" and finished 31st on Stars (Q-Q all-in re-raise called by Ad-9d and he makes a flush) for $74.13 and then 2nd on Blue Square for $925.50.....so I am quite happy with my general play :)
-
And while we are on the subject, the quote about "It"s HI-LO...the clue is in the title"......what exact high hand were u playing with A-2-3-6 ??
-
And the point of starting this post was? Answers on a postcard please

Oh......just to let you know......the "Biggest clown ever to play Omaha Hi-Lo" reached the FT of a $30 Stars Hi-Lo tourney last night, cashing for $114.

Surely OP was referring to himself in this thread?

Glad to see that all those involved in this thread don"t take anything to heart.....cuz I know I didn"t.
In all seriousness, I KNOW that both Omaha and Omaha Hi-Lo are BIG leaks in my game, although I just love playing them.
Dan"s post actually made me concentrate a bit more, especially in the game today, and lo and behold, I get a decent cash out of it.
Maybe there is a message there after all !
Good luck to you all and good luck for 2010.

I think you should put that in your sig Brian. It is looking a bit empty at the moment. :D :D
