I"ll sign up for this. My local club is the Cardiff Grosevenor and my Blu Squre ID is Goddelusion. Stephen Morris
Don"t know how much interest this will generate as the numbers at the Cardiff Grosevenor during weekends are pretty grim.

think part of the problem is that Cardiff is the only official poker venue i know of if i lived a bit nearer id probably be a regular attender but a lot of my poker friends are satisfied playing in pockets or a home game

Smiler where do you play your home games. I come from Tredegar and have a job to get any kind of game going. I"ve opened a group on facebook entitled "Valleys poker enthuisiasts if anyones interested".
What I would like is for a group of us to play a regular game, have regular meetups to discuss strategy and the value to be had at different sites online.

Feel free to use the general discussion thread within the Cardiff Poker Club to discuss meetups or homegames. If you want, set up a seperate thread, if that would be easier to manage.
We"re hoping to get a lot of regular traffic through these club pages, so might aswell make the most of it.

Hope you had a good christmas and that it will be a prosperous new year.
So many things to put in my diary.
Can"t play online on Saturdays so the one schedule is out, one less thing to forget.
I guess we will get the "reminder emails" of the events like last year.
Just one question - the world apc is late august but the sats and clickfest are early feb - that is correct, yeah?
Have a good season, and i"m sure our cards will cross during the year. At least one thing to look forward to - Wales doing better than last year!!!

That is correct. They are being made available early, because we can. And we hope it will be beneficial to players planning of travel and accomodation.

I believe One Way has all the exclusive games Blue Square does, so would imagine the APAT ones would be in the lobby also.
