1. Can certain people have the permission to send to more than 10 people at once (pain in the butt when rallying troops for the league)
2. If a player has changed his profile name (ie Jizzemm to chillijam) it"s also a pain that you have to send to the original name. Fecked up my copy and paste LOL
3. Can we create groups for the teams?

Without knowing for certain, I suspect that the forum software would not permit this level of "permission". I"m sure Des/Richard could clarify.
Maintaining a Facebook group or "normal" email list would seem to be your best option.
