Title: REGISTERING ON BETFAIR?

 ??? i played in the scottish APAT event last year and registered throught the APAT website like most people.
i just registered again this year through betfair but am a little confused as to how the casino will know who bought in and who everyone is ??? its just like reg for an online tourney this time can anyone shed some light please lol  :D

Hi,

If you have registered through the Scottish National Holding tank on Betfair then you are in the tournament and APAT know who every1 is.  A player list will be published nearer the time.

You cannot register for a live APAT event through the APAT website.

All buy-ins are managed through the Betfair poker software. Once you have registered there, Betfiar transmit the player names and funds to the venue and also provide the information to APAT.
