Title: Div 3. Who can get promoted

Division 3

Sunderland win and are promoted

Luton are Promoted

Kent are promoted if.
1.   They score 3 points
2.   They score 2 points
3.   They score 1 point
4.   The score 0 points and Notts fail to win


Notts promoted if.
1.   They get 3 points and kent fail to score
