For those of you that live near Stoke, we are giving the top two in tonights £25 Freezeout (9.00pm start) a seat, worth £165 in the Anniversary Cup and adding £200 to the prizefund. Thats a whopping £530 added value.
Single Table satellites will run in the Casino every night.

If you can"t make it to the casino. There is a £15 (+£1.50) Freezout satellite on CircusPoker, at 7.00pm, this already has 10 entries, 9 hours before the start.

There is a £5 + 50p rebuy (1500 chips) Satellite on Friday at 7.00pm - add on available for £5 (3000 chips)

Alternatively you can buy in direct on CircusPoker for £165 (this method on entry closes at 10.00am on Sunday)

The easiest method of finding all of the above on CircusPoker is hitting the scheduled tournaments tab, then on the drop down menu, go to our exclusives, you"ll see all the competitions/online buy in on the right.

Yes it was a chop and with more players this year it will be even worse. Really needs to be a 2 day event. And how bout doing it on a Saturday those people who are gainfully employed can attend?

considered it because just dropped GF off at Manchester Airport and therefore in the area but i have to be in work at 7.30am Monday so its not really viable.

sigh at decent comps being on a Sunday

I actually like the fact it"s a one dayer but wish it was on a Sat. No way I can play either due to work which is a shame

Well that was busy, I"m still recovering from my 19 hour working day!

320 started, 24 alternates, leaving around 60 others on the alternate list who didn"t get a seat.
The last available seat was taken just after 11.00am and that was only available because we had borrowed a table from another Circus Casino overnight.
Final table started at 2.00am and finished around 4.30am, no chip count needed
The only deal done was a chop, of sorts, between the last two, they toook £10k apiece and played on for the other £2k and a £700 seat in a WPT satellite.

We are going to do a similar comp again, with £4000 added, on the 7th November..full details will be announced soon

Sounded like a good tourny, but for a final table to start so late maybe the starting time of the tourney should of been a coupple of hrs earlier, unless of course it is a 2 dayer.
