welcome to APAT
Is this event open to the general public?
yes you will need one to buy-in to all APAT events
e.g you dont need to be a member of a poker league/pub/team etc
no
do you need to have a betfair account?
yes
How can i register for this event?
you can buy-in thru betfair but the holding tanks for the worlds is not there since they updated the site i think that tournament has sold out so go to the seat exchange (can be found on the main forum page) and post there that your looking for a seat, if someone can"t make it or just wants to sell their seat they will post there, it will be a first come first served on who will get the seat.
Also does any1 know roughly how many hours this event will take to complete?
it"s on monday 30th starts at 3.00pm with max 48 players, it takes as long as it takes with 48 runners, i"d say it would be over by midnight.
Last question does any1 know roughly how many particapants will be playing? ty for the help guys.
already answered in last question

...
Last year there were 48 players and it started at 3:45pm, it finished a bit before 3:00am - so it"s probably a bit optimistic to think it"ll be over by midnight this year.

I doubt it"ll last as long when it"s heads up this year.

midnight is a reasonable guess, so long as Jon MW doesn"t make it to HeadsUp :)
