Title: S4 APAT Southern European Online Championship 2010

APAT are pleased to confirm details of the Southern European Online Poker Championship, taking place at Betfair Poker from 8pm on Saturday, December 11th.

The entry fee for the event is $50 + $0, and players entering will start with 10,000 chips and 12 minute blind levels.

The winner of the event will receive a significant cash prize, National Title & Gold Medal and an entry to a GUKPT Main Event.

Satellites to the Online Championship event will be available at Betfair Poker on Monday 6th December, Tuesday 7th December and Wednesday 8th December.  Each satellite will offer one seat awarded for every $50 in the prizepool.

Monday 6th December 2010 - 8pm - $20 Freezeout
Tuesday 7th December 2010 - 8pm - $10 Freezeout
Wednesday 8th December 2010 - 8pm - $5 Rebuy

In addition to the main event, APAT are pleased to confirm the Southern European Online PL Omaha Event, taking place at Betfair Poker from 9pm on Saturday, December 11th.

The entry fee for the event is $20 + $0, and players entering will start with 5,000 chips and 12 minute blind levels.

The winner of the event will receive a cash prize as per standard Betfair Poker payouts, and an entry to a future APAT Professional League Event worth £250.



Both events are Online Ranking events; with 18 points available to the winner of the Main event and 9 points available to the winner of the Pot Limit Championship event.  The winner of the Online Rankings will win a GUKPT seats worth £1,070 and a seat at the APAT Champions Final, where they will play for a £20,000 sponsorship package.

Both of the events and the satellites require a password.  Please enter the password apatmember when registering.

Hmmm... if Betfair did APAT satellites they"d probably be the best APAT satellites in the world... personally I"d get in touch with Carlsberg though. Think there"s more chance of them getting them sorted... no sign of tonight"s $10 sat in the Betfair lobby. Reckon they"ll get on to it?? Or should I donk my $10 away somewhere else???

going well  8k+  1010...called all in on a jack high board.out vs kk..no probs there at all

betfair then froze on me (I came here to check if it was my broadband - only to see a thread asking if betfair issues!)

by the time i got back in rebuy option was gone!

NOT HAPPY.  >:( >:(

I have 59 points. The Prest1ge has 46 points. He has to finish 6th to win online rankings. Can you confirm Leigh.

I don"t think he"s got enough of a chipstack to sit it out and ladder.  Tricky one.

To be fair to Warren, he didn"t sit back.  Allin with the kings and then the AQ.  Got his bit of luck.


A great season from you Frank, especially considering that you don"t play the PLO events.  You should be very proud of your efforts.
