Title: BCPC Team Event

Hiya guys n gals,
 Just to let you know, in the New Year, (provisionally March 12th) the BCPC will be running a team event which will be for teams of 5 players @ £25-£30 per head. The tourney will take place in West Bromwich and the team prize will be a £560 UKIPT seat or similar, with individual prizes also.
 Each player will get to play 3 SNG"s with the top ranked player from each team contesting the Final table for the team prize.
 Space is limited and so I am asking anyone interested in entering a team to inform me on this board please and, as-and-when the details are finalised, I will get back to you on a first-come, first-served basis.  You are NOT limited to entering only one team as we at the BCPC may well have 4 playing on the day.
 In all probability, 10 teams will be the limit but if you are interested then please say so here.
 The tourney, if not played on March 12th (FA Cup 6th Round day), will definitely be on a Saturday, starting around 2pm and going on into the small hours.
 Food will be provided free for all entrants at the break and you will be assured of a warm BCPC welcome from wherever you may be travelling.

Ooh, 12 March, smack bang on my wife"s birthday weekend. That should be an interesting converstaion...  ;D

that"s OK Tod she can do what u do. Have a drinkie or two and fall asleep comatose in the corner  ;D

If this doesn"t get moved back (i.e. any later than 12th) we should be able to make it. Deb may even try and do a first outing of a girls team if she can cobble one together.

The South Shropshire Poker Club have a score to settle so we will be entering 2 or 3 teams.
I also need to defend my individual title.
Can"t wait.

The BCPC and The New Talbot are a fantastic mix and a great game of poker is assured.

Team LPPL would enter a team for this if possible - the only date we would definitely not be able to attend would be March 19 - weekend before or afterwards would be fine.

March 12th is almost certain to be the date unless it clashes with an APAT event.

Deb....a ladies team would be most welcome.

Clive....the SSPC are obviously an integral part of this event and have guarranteed entry.

And Chezger are sending a recon team this Saturday to check out the venue and it"s facilities.

Looking forward to this event already.

Dates should be confirmed this weekend.
Teams confirming so far are Chezger (1), South Shropshire Poker Club (2 or 3), Live Pub Poker League (1), Ateam from mid-Wales (1), plus ourselves from the BCPC (4 or 5).

Once I have March 12th confirmed, I will announce all the small details. Should be a great day out.....if the snow doesn"t spoil it for some :)
