Tighty,

That"s not a bad deal for a 5 star in stumbling distance of the Casino.

Might consider a change of venue, looks good !!

I am tempted but all my reservations (hotel & shuttle) are non-refundable and fixed to the Excelsior so I can"t take advantage.

For those who have breakable bookings, it would be nice if we could show some support...if you"re willing!

If things go well as I am sure they will this could be an alternative for next year if we go back.

Unfortunately I am in same boat as Mr D and am unable to change. C"est la vie.  :-\

I can cancel the Excelsior up to the 12th for no charge and as yet haven"t booked the shuttle, so I might go for the luxury of the 5 star.
