Prompted by Technolog"s entertaining Blog and specifically his penchant for sharing music vids, lets see can we get some fun going while also broadening our listening trends.

Lets see what listening fare we can share in the "Cover version category" I"ll get the ball rolling with a diverse duo and their respective renditions.

Surely Marvin Gaye and "I heard it through the grapevine" is the most famous cover. Can"t remember who did the original.

Almost forgot this one. I"m a fan of both acts and this is the only example I can think of where the person who wrote the song admits that not only is the cover better, but that the song makes more sense when performed by the second artist. I can barely watch it, but I think the second video is possibly the most moving thing I"ve ever seen on any screen
