Is there going to be a cap on the main event (& side event) numbers?

Also, what will the buy-ins be (Same £75?).
Title: Re: Main Event Numbers
Post by: cashman on April 13, 2011, 01:31:21 AM
last year there were 425 players spread over 2 day one"s, the buy-in is £100.
the side events  heads up was capped at 32
don"t remember the rest as i only entered 3 tournaments and the above were 2

Do APAT have an idea when the buy-in for this will open?

I"d guess just after Glasgow (so the 1st week of August)...that should give plenty of time for satellites & stuff.

I don"t guess this at all based on previous years. Please don"t put words in my mouth.

Cheers, looking forward to it!

likewise - it"s a bit weird paying out a buy in so far in advance, but nice to know a seat is reserved and hotels, holiday from work, etc can all be booked. Same goes for normal APAT live events imo (although with demand a little slower right now, it"s less of a problem)

Hey folks,

Planning on travelling down to Nottingham on Friday 26st August for the APAT Main event and 6-max event.

Just wondering if you could answear a question I have regarding the APAT Mains at DTD in August.

I am not currently a member of DTD and will signing up when I get there in August. Are Direct buy-in"s allowed as I do not use 888.com for the Main event on the Saturday and the 6-max on Sunday, or just buy-in"s online via 888?

Thanks for the help guys.

Bear in mind guys that the side events will be likely to sellout in a blink of an eye.

They have always been more popular than the main event (only due to the large available runners in ME), so you"ll need to be quick to snap up your choice of events.

Side Event Caps from 2010

Heads Up - 32 players
PLO - 81 runners
6-Max - 60 runners
Stud - 49 runners
HORSE - 48 runners

This is just an indication towards this years event. Nothing announced yet.   ;)

Early request in for 4,000 chips in the Heads Up early rounds, say 6,000 for the semis and the final at 10k. Last year was over in the blink of an eye and this increase would only mean the first round lasting 20 mins longer on average.

Balancing up either adding to stack sizes, or increasing numbers able to play.  All views taken onboard.

Ok...a "high" roller heads up? 8-game tournament? Official Tighty SNG World Championship?

Seriously though, 64 players in the heads up could be interesting, reckon you could find an extra 3 hours to have more chips and another round if run the same way as previous (which was rather impressive). Would be tight and a mission of a day, but doable imo :)

Definitely agree with this if it has to be one of the two. I think you need a stack where you can triple barrel the first level and not be all-in!

I dint play the HU event last year depending on structure I might be interested but it as people have said the stacks need to be good enough to have some play no point playing bingo all in because of the blinds etc.

Well I"ve got a couple of weeks to get the £££ to enter the side events or main event best get some cash games on the go haha

It has always seemed a bit silly to me to have these champs at such a spacious room as DTD and then limit numbers like this. Can we look to squeeze DTD for extra tables if any of these comps do sell out extra fast as the need would clearly be there.

Heads up must be an expense issue.(16 dealers needed for round 1)
stud and HORSE is a dealer issue (as in not enough trained in those games)

PLO and 6 max, however could have much bigger fields, but then again they are designed to finish in one day.

Do they play the first round HU matches all at once,  they could do it in a groups? less dealers less expense

could someone tell me what happens if you reg for the 6 max and plo comp but you dont bust the main event on day 1? can you get your money back if your still in on the 28th and 29th??

You can try and sell your seat locally or on the Seat Exchange but there won"t be any refunds.

You shouldn"t have any trouble selling it...demand is usually high.

You shouldn"t have any trouble selling it...demand is usually high.

thank you just one more question mate can you play two comps at once? like if you got a big stack in the main event go and play in whatever else your in then come back and play a few hands in the main event?

Nope...multi-tabling is not permitted.

Schedule wisely.

Heads up must be an expense issue.(16 dealers needed for round 1)
stud and HORSE is a dealer issue (as in not enough trained in those games)

PLO and 6 max, however could have much bigger fields, but then again they are designed to finish in one day.

They need 32 dealers for round 1, they use 2 dealers per table to keep the game running.

Is that not 2 dealers per table because there are 2 games on each table?

seems a great service to have 2 dealers per game

Last year there was only one dealer at the table in the first round.

This changed in the second round where two dealers per game were employed, I suppose to speed things up, but I do know that a few players would have preferred only the one dealer...

No

Will this include dates of satellites and buy-in or will we have to wait until after the Scottish event for that info?

Post by: TightEnd on July 13, 2011, 16:59:16 PM
This information should be out tomorrow including satellite and event buy in dates, capacities for each event and how to buy in

A few tweaks to the tournament structures are planned (eg 15k for the WCOAP Main) but this will only be announced once Simon Trumper returns from the WSOP

That aside, we"re good to go in the next 24 hours, I think

There will be two holding tanks for the main event.

Day 1a (SATURDAY)
Day 1b (SUNDAY)

You buyin to the one you want.  If you win a main event satellite, DTD will contact you to choose you starting day, assuming there is availability.

pretty sure that DTD (or 888) do not run stud or horse tourneys on their software, so the sattys to win tickets seems the best option.

would be good if they organised a few HU, PLO or six max sattys which people could use for what ever they want as well.

I have a question:

Is there a promo code for our deposits on DTD??

Actually, IMO the best option would be to NOT run satellites into non-HE events by playing HE. It"s just daft to play HE to sat into a Stud/HORSE/Omaha event. Seats are limited as it is...

Still, the Seat Exchange should be busy. ;D

World Team Amateur Poker Championships

A seperate thread will detail arrangements for this event. Four person teams from thirteen countries will compete for the Championships and Captains will be confirmed shortly.

Hopefully this is a rhetorical question, but will those people playing for their country be guaranteed entry into the ME regardless of the clickfest ?

Matt,

We appreciate it may be considered short notice, but there is a lot that gets organised in the background before we are able to make an announcement.  I hope you"ll get your funds in place in time to bag all the seats you are after.

We have increased the field sizes of all the side events (except HORSE) this year, and by partnering with DTD, we have a lot more flexibility on capacities.

Bri,

Capacities have been increased, and based on the speed of seat sales this season, I would be surprised if everything sold out straight away.

Obviously we have picked the time that would be most inconvenient for you.   ;)

when your in work 1st thing is look panic-ed and seek your boss, and then say something like I nearly didnt make it today, my sister, aunt, mum, dad, uncle, next door neighbour, etc got rushed into Hospital / got robbed / got locked out this morning.

I assume it"ll be OK to nip out for 15mins to check up and get an update....(make sure you say I assume it"ll be OK, as you"re then not "asking" his permission, you"re telling him you"r going, and simply assuming he/she isn"t an idiot/heartless and will be OK!  ;D

i got to be honest, im a little disappointed with the announcment coming so soon to the actual buyin dates. and the fact that the buyin is only available on DTD.
I deposited money onto 888 this week to give myself a head start to buyin and like the fella b4 im gonna have to deposit another load to buyin on DTD and wait for original deposit to clear to have sum funds.

this happened last year when there was an announcement, the buyins were the next day. IMO that isnt a reasonable enuf time to allow people to sort themselves out. As for using the DTD software, no1 would have saw that coming and if people cant, for whatever reason, create account or login 2moro then its bit unfair on those people.

Im gonna have to take lappy into work n try get in that way n risk missing out on tourneys i want to play, hopefully i dont.

surely u guys must have had an idea fairly early that the buyin was only going to be on DTD and ok, if u cudnt announce that b4 hand, then surely an announcent last week saying "buyins available next saturday, dont put any money onto 888 til futher notice" etc etc.

maybes its jus me but its seems bit illogical n unfair to make an announcement and have people able to sort themselves out in under 2days time.

hopefully ill get in and still be able to look forward to what no doubt will be a fantastic week at DTD in august.

Sorry I only heard about this today but can I ask a question. Why are there only 108 seats for a World Amateur Competition surley there is more interest than that. Will I have a chance of getting a seat?

Do you think all the seats in the PLO on the BH Monday will go ?

I am a bit stunned by this event being so "small" but I still want to be in it I think. Do I have to be an advanced member or have played in one of the other events?

Cheers

+1 on this.  I have been keeping the funds in my 888 account waiting for the buys in to start.  Not sure how long it is before I will get it via neteller to DTD

The guys who put money onto 888, if you had used a bonus code at the time you may want to check if you can as yet withdraw. They have a "must play $xxxx amount of value in hands before you can withdraw.

People who previously tried to withdraw after having deposited under a bonus code where only aware on receiving an email a few days after requesting their withdrawal that it would be refused.

Has the 888 sponsorship ended and are DTD sponsoring the WCOAP?

If the 888 deal is finished who are sponsoring the remaining nationals?

Geo

DTD are our partner for the WCOAP.

And the answer to the second question is?

As far as I am aware, the holding tanks will appear in the Poker Lobby at midday today.

They should be under Tables > Multi Tourney > All

DTD specific tournaments also appear under "specials" tab, which may be easier for finding them, but until they appear, I can"t say for definite.

I was planning on being around at midday to ensure there are no problems, but I might just take the dog s for a very long walk into the New Forest where there"s no phone reception.   ;D

Surely they have to change the time now till say 2000 so that everyone has a chance again ok

Dont think so. There are approx 60 of us waiting here now. Dont see why we should have to come back at 8pm and try again (possibly with the same problem then).

Please do not bombard DTD Support with queries regarding this.

We are aware there is a problem, as soon as I have more info, I will post on here.

Thanks,

Apologies for the confusion, unfortunately, the British Summer hit us again, with some confusion between GMT and BST with the software provider.

DTD were on it very quickly (and a lot quicker than most sites), and we"re all good to go now.

Anybody having trouble withdrawing from 888.com. I deposited a sum to fund WCOAP buy ins. Now these are on DtD I have put a request to withdraw it to 888.com. Because my balance includes some uncleared bonus from an earlier deposit in the year they won"t release my funds. Online support were incapable of understanding and beginning to think this is going to get messy.

Simon,

I put this up yesterday. I done a similar thing previously and received an email. When I spoke to them they did allow a withdrawal that meant I left enough to play something like 20x my bonus deposit.

Geo

The guys who put money onto 888, if you had used a bonus code at the time you may want to check if you can as yet withdraw. They have a "must play $xxxx amount of value in hands before you can withdraw.

People who previously tried to withdraw after having deposited under a bonus code where only aware on receiving an email a few days after requesting their withdrawal that it would be refused.

Any idea how long it will take to get my money back from 888 that I deposited to pay for WCOAP then get it loaded onto DTD? Will there still be places left in the side events? Would have appreciated more than a day"s notice here when you must have known for considerably longer.

Matt,

We appreciate it may be considered short notice, but there is a lot that gets organised in the background before we are able to make an announcement.  I hope you"ll get your funds in place in time to bag all the seats you are after.

Leigh

This needs to be noted a bit more than may be "considered short notice" and a lot to be organised in the background. This was queried by Daveyface on this thread in June and had it confirmed by Tighty that it would be buy in on 888.

As we can see from Simon and others it obviously has caused problems to some.

I deliberately didnt use a bonus code for my recent deposit. Emailed complaints and said they will get back within 72 hours. I think there might be a resolution that they take the 18$ bonus awarded in the past off my balance. Well I hope they see sense!

Luckily I had a "roll on DTD to buy in, but I can imagine some APAters have been struggling to move money around.

Heard from 888.com releasing my recent deposit so I"m happy. Don"t think I"ll clear the bonus as I need to wager $648 with $40 left in account!

At the time my expectation was that the WCOAP would be handled by 888. However, things change, particularly in the currently very fluid poker world.

It was not possible to give a heads up on the change of WCOAP sponsor beforehand as negotiations were not concluded. Once they were, everything was putting in place (holding tanks, capacities etc) in under 72 hours, time being of the essence as we want the event on sale.

I appreciate it will cause problems, as we can see and was aware it was a likely bi-product of a very complex situation.

I don"t think I played the HORSE last year but in general it SHOULD work like this....

Blind Levels increase every 30 minutes.

Each game is played for 1 rotation (usually 8 hands depending on table sizes) before changing to the next.

The two things aren"t connected although it does generally work out to 1 game per level.

Does that make sense?

That"s correct

A game is played for one round, then the game moves to the next variant..irrespective of clock. the clock goes up every 30m

Last year"s played til 2am Tuesday morning. Someone got left on point duty updating it.

The structure makes for a fine game.

to be fair, to get left with the human fish heads Up in non hold em limit variants past midnight after 5 long days is really an APAT worker"s worst nightmare.

We are discussing this with Simon Trumper.  Heads Up tournaments do put a considerable strain on dealer resources, especially one that will start at 3pm on a Friday.  Add to that the fact that we have doubled the number of runners, and we just need to make sure that we are ensuring a balance between a value for money structure and DTD"s ability to run a smooth event.  The feedback from last year was that the later rounds were great, so we will try and improve on starting stacks as best we can.

Many casinos and poker sites handle the rotation of games differently. For example, in the WSOP HORSE event each game is played for one hour rounds, then play switches to the next game. However, on many poker sites like PokerStars, play switches every eight hands, which results in game switches every five minutes or so.

Can"t the first rounds be done in groups, I know it could result in people waiting around but would reduce the number of dealers required

A game is played for one round, then the game moves to the next variant..irrespective of clock. the clock goes up every 30m

Last year"s played til 2am Tuesday morning. Someone got left on point duty updating it.

The structure makes for a fine game.

And the year before that was a 4am finish with the poker connoisseur"s favourite final of Jon MW versus Andrew T heads up that delivered almost limitless excitement for the benefit of the, quite frankly, unappreciative updater.

HORSE played fine last year, 30 minutes per level as already said with the game rotating every eight hands.
Didn"t notice any problems with table moves to different games, only problem was our first dealer not realising that the omaha was Hi/Lo until we"d played three hands of it.

Craic was much better than the hold"em events with a suitable level of disdain being shown towards the two card monkeys.

Not sure exactly how the Boss network works.  I think reg closes about five minutes before the tourney starts.  I think extra time means 15 minutes late reg.

We"re running these every day (Mon-Fri) for the next 6 weeks, so there should be plenty of opportunity.

Okay, reg closes 4 minutes before tourney starts, but you can still reg for a further 15 minutes.  So in old money, that"s 11 minutes late reg.

You may be aware that the WCOAP Heads Up Holding tank is already sold out.

We have made 5 more seats available to DTD, which will be offered to Side Event Satellite winners only.  First come, first served.

If you want a Heads Up seat, you can only guarantee one by playing the Side Event Satellites running every night at 8pm.

Once the 5 are gone, that"s it, no more, you are relying on someone unregging or the seat exchange thread.

Question. I will buy into all the events on Saturday when the holding tanks open...... I shall also then play some of the satellites.... if I win a seat through a satellite, what happens?

If, and that"s a BIG BOINGBLITZ STYLEEE IF, you happened to luckbox your way to a seat in a satellite, then DTD will contact you and you can arrange with them to either move seats around or get the cash.

Think someone needs to tell them that then because its at odds with the email I just received:

I'm afraid the organizers of the APAT events do not offer cash refunds for the seats but you have the option of playing another side event or transferring your seat to a friend.

Kind Regards,

Nicola Veitch

If you have purchased a seat prior to sats, then just unreg from the event you have satted into Matt.

If you want to get cash equiv for sat seat I think you"ll struggle!

I was asked last night by DTD about cash refunds in the context that someone may not make the tournament.  APAT runs a seat exchange board and do not refund buyins.

I have just clarified with DTD that if a player wins a satellite and has already bought into the event they want, then there is no problem in payng out in cash.

Once Nicola picks up the email, I am sure it will get resolved.

This is week 1 of a proposed six weeks of satellites.

Satellites will only run if the minimum numbers of players is achieved to payout one seat.

Surely, as seats have been held back for sat winners, it would make more sense to unreg if you have already bought in. This would free up direct buy in seats for those that don"t want try the sat route.

There"s no seats held back for satellite winners, other than the 5 Heads Up seats.  All other holding tanks are open for direct buyin or satellite winners.  If a holding tank is full, then a satellite winner cannot choose that event.

I think that some people need to remember that Leigh and the APAT team give up their own time for this as well as resolving issues (very promptly) that aren"t of their making - and then these people should amend the tone of their emails accordingly.

OK, since Leigh has been dragging his feet and hasn"t reminded me yet  ::), I looked back and found the following....

you might want to look at the capacities of the tanks leigh they seem a bit weird compared with the numbers you have published

they are all a bit lower than event capacity, deliberately, to allow for seats already allocated via various added value wins etc etc

Which leads me to my next question -

I have received a confirmation email from Nicola (DTD) that I have been entered into the 6-max tourney.

However, my name hasn"t re-appeared amongst the 83 in the holding tank.

If the missing 8 seats are already allocated to people and the remaining 17 holding tank seats sell-out, where do the sat winners seats come from?

Alan,

DTD should be entering you into the holding tanks.  I"ll have a chat to Nicola about it.

The balance on seats you mentioned are for a number of players that have won added value seats in the past and are using them for Nottingham, and also I have held back a small number to make sure that those players travelling from afar for the team event will be able to play some of the side events also and get a full 5 days of poker in.

More than happy to answer questions, unless it"s Where"s Des ?, and then I struggle.   ;D

I have just clarified with DTD that if a player wins a satellite and has already bought into the event they want, then there is no problem in payng out in cash.

Once Nicola picks up the email, I am sure it will get resolved.

Thanks Leigh

Nicola has confirmed this will be sorted.

Welcome to APAT.

I can tell you loads about APAT, but that"s not really going to be good use of my time without knowing what sort of stuff you need to know.

You could start by reading this :-

I"m not sure the people at APAT make it that easy to get into their events.

It"s probably fine if you have been with APAT for a few months but as a "newbie" I am finding my 7 +2 -2 brain cannot take anymore knowledge into it and why is it not clearer. I wanted to register for the HU and that"s full already with 54 runners. I am desparing yet understand the cap on the ME is about 425 is that correct pls.

Can I ask the maximum on the PLO please

Apologies is already asked but are we able to take advantage of the DTD Pokertronic table for our NLHE and Omaha finals at the WCOAP? Just watching the final of the Montecarlo and the coverage with hole cards is awesome!

Surely, as seats have been held back for sat winners, it would make more sense to unreg if you have already bought in. This would free up direct buy in seats for those that don"t eant try the sat routr.

There"s no seats held back for satellite winners, other than the 5 Heads Up seats.  All other holding tanks are open for direct buyin or satellite winners.  If a holding tank is full, then a satellite winner cannot choose that event.

Aaah... lol misunderstandaments. Well, it"s what I did anyway.

6-max tourney capacity - 108
DTD poker holding tank capacity - 100

Remind me what the 8 missings seats are for.

Still not been added to list of runners... 92 reged now, just 8 seats remaining.

Could someone [APAT] please confirm that I have a seat for the 6-max??

Please.

PS. Have any other satellite winners been added to the holding tank of their chosen events?

WCOAP World Amateur Poker Championship (Main Event)
WCOAP Heads Up Amateur Poker Championship
WCOAP Stud Amateur Poker Championship
WCOAP Pot Limit Omaha Amateur Poker Championship
WCOAP 6 Max Amateur Poker Championship
WCOAP H.O.R.S.E. Amateur Poker Championship

"POTS" ranking points will be scored as follows :-

1st - 15 points
2nd - 12 points
3rd - 10 points
4th - 9 points
5th - 8 points
6th - 7 points
7th - 6 points
8th - 5 points
9th - 4 points
any other cashing finish - 3 points

For the Heads Up event, the top 4 finishers will score points as above, the 4 losing quarter finalists will all score 6 points.  No other players will score points.

If there is a tie at the top of the POTS rankings, the following criteria will take effect in the following order :-

The player with the most scoring events will be considered the winner.
The player with the higher individial finish will be considered the winner.
A playoff will be arranged via DTDpoker.

"POTS" ranking points are completely separate to APAT Player of the Season ranking points.

Post by: RicayBoy on August 01, 2011, 19:08:03 PM
Hi there

I was wondering if someone could tell me roughly how many alternates got seats in last year"s main event and/or whether there were any seats available on the day for direct buy-in on Day 1B

I have managed to luckbox freeroll my way into the "other event" that weekend and in the (obviously unlikely  ;D) event that I don"t make Day 3 of that was thinking of a quick spin up the M1 to Nottingham if there"s half a chance of a seat.

Many thanks

Last year we were 207 runners for each of the starting days, and they were sold out prior to the day.

We ended up with 425 runners total, so we must have got 11 alternates in over the two days, assume an even split.

Stop being a tight(ahem)!!!  :o

I"ve sat"d into the Goliath "other event" and have also entered day 1B of the WCOAP....

My thinking is:

If I"ve made it to day 3 of the "other event" I should be in the money to the tune of more than £100.
Besides, I"m sure there would be some way of selling the seat prior to the start of the day.

Maybe you can buy my seat if when I make Day 3  ;D

Yup, thats the one.  Less than a tenner in a taxi from the city centre though so not far.  Nearby hotels are still not really walking distance at night anyway so you dont lose out much (think they are fully booked anyway)

23 x 9 Handed Main Event Tables

18 x 6 Handed Side Event Tables

So, pretty much fully fully fully stretched

You are correct about the industrial estate bit.  No hotels within sensible walking distance, plenty of parking though.

Yes, you will be able to unreg at the cash desk, or transfer your seat if it is sold out and you know someone who wants to play.

The Travelodge Woolaton might have room...it"s not walking distance but I think there are a few people staying there.

Otherwise, centre of Nottingham has oodles of options that are just a few quid by cab.

Ah I was thinking of the wrong travel lodge, yes Jon"s one is definitely walking distance (about 3 minutes away).

I will still be staying at the Premier Inn and probably walking to DTD most days. Intending to arrive at around 14:00 on Friday 26th August, checking in and then walking straight to DTD.

Less than three weeks to go you knows.

Bit longer than three minutes!  You cant walk direct across as the industrial estate is fenced off.  So cut through the retail park, along the road turn right at the big roundabout along the A52 and then over the walkway, Probably 15 mins walk at least.

"POTS" ranking points will be scored as follows :-

1st - 15 points
2nd - 12 points
3rd - 10 points
4th - 9 points
5th - 8 points
6th - 7 points
7th - 6 points
8th - 5 points
9th - 4 points
any other cashing finish - 3 points

For the Heads Up event, the top 4 finishers will score points as above, the 4 losing quarter finalists will all score 6 points.  No other players will score points.

"POTS" ranking points are completely separate to APAT Player of the Season ranking points.

How will points be attributed to the APAT Rankings? As all other main events are 18 for 1st down to 1 for 18th will this be the same? As for the sides, 9 for 1st down to 1 for 9th? What about the HU? Can you also confirm the points allocation for the online WCOAP series on DTD online?

That was going to be the plan, but DTD want a few days to get the admin sorted, so after the 22nd any changes would need to go via the seat exchange board.

I believe the holding tanks closes tomorrow, don't know what time.

I'm playing the Goliath on Thursday but have registered for Sunday ME.

If you don't register then you will most than likely be able to buy in at DTD but you will run the risk off not being able to get in.

nosey-p is right, the holding tanks close tomorrow.

I think we are still well within capacity for the Main Event but that seats will go on sale at the venue from Wednesday. I don"t know how many they expect to sell at the venue though.

My view is that you SHOULD be ok to wait till Thursday, but I can"t guarantee it.

b) HU starting stack up to 3k (and then again up in the later rounds)

c) Online buy in will close today. Entry at the club only from then on for the few events with seats remaining (Stud, Omaha, Main)

Seats available for the Stud (plenty), Omaha (25 or so), Main Event (300 sold, 110 remain). These are on sale at DTD once the online entry closes. Would expect Omaha and Main to sell out by the weekend. Leigh Wiltshire may have news on a very small number of HU seats coming freee later today.

Right then folks, WCOAP Seat News................

The ONLY way you can grab a seat now is to buyin direct at DTD.

There are seats available for

Stud (24),
Heads Up (2),
Omaha (24)
Main Event 1a (60)
Main Event 1b (28).

Payment is in GBP and is £53+£0 for side events and £106+£0 for the main event.

All events are capped and the HORSE and 6 Max are completely sold out.

Numbers in brackets are the number of seats available as at 7pm on Wednesday

Good Luck.

After 40 mins the game will now have average stack of 15x instead of 12.5x - not that much difference. The later round increase is where it will really matter.

Personally, I would have preferred to see it played short-stacked with a best of three format. With the stacks as they are, it"s almost certain that most games will finish quickly with a weak cooler - a best of three format would at least flatten the variance a little.

This would be best but probably not feasible or at least difficult with 64 runners and dealers etc. I guess like most, will have to run good in the earlier rounds until we get deeper later on and there is more play.

Don"t think it"s up yet, prob coz of late buy-ins at DTD. The guys are updating the team event page currently so maybe get you a full answer later.

Just a small report to capture the festival flava for those on the way here.

After an expected earlish exit from the Stud, I was able to watch a bit of the team champs, and see Ger in full flow. Our spiritual leader (spirits in the alcoholc sense obv.), was having a storming start and enjoying the attention of most of the valets at very regular intervals. Once the team thingy was complete for the day, a couple of very silly SNG"s were organised, with one particular highlight being Ger all in v Rob Swindells with  ad1  kh v Rob"s  :as:  qd. All was well until the river produced the  qc!!!!

I"ll leave it to you to imagine the scene.

I decided to retire for the night at 1.30am after Ger attempted to french kiss Andy Duncan!!!!!!!!

A bit like being snogged by a drunken Walrus me thinks?????

Please check with us/DTD when you arrive tomorrow. It is likely that you are not on the list if you have never attended DT before

I see the banner at the top still says "in partnership with DTD" is it a case that this has not been changed yet or are we expecting an announcement on this?
