Title: Welsh Hotel
Post by: APAT on December 18, 2007, 23:33:30 PM
Mary has reserved around 50 rooms at the Hardwood Hotel (Etap) in Cardiff, if anyone wants to avail for the weekend of the Championship.  They are priced at around £37 per person per night.  Details will be published shortly.

We will look to reserve some at the Future Inns also.  Both hotels are close to the venue.

If people don"t mind sharing eg. 3 to a room at the Etap is only 11.70 a night each which is a real good deal

After the difficulties in Manchester, I was happy I was able to block book somewhere that would have availability for Cardiff.

I forgot to mention above this offer is open until 3rd January or until all rooms are taken whichever comes first.

Whats the booking reference for?

I rang up to book a room and they knew nothing about it. They said the prices are the same for everyone and quoted me with the £35 fee that you have given. I"m confused?

Confusion not required.  We"ve booked a block of rooms, so should the hotel sell out, you should still be able to get a room under the APAT reference.

Happy Christmas everyone.

Just booked ETAP, no probs.  Plenty of rooms left under the APAT booking, only 4 taken up so far.  See you all in the NY.

Yes thats totally fine.  The reserved rooms are there as backup when all their rooms are sold out.

The Reserved rooms option has now expired.  Any rooms remaining have been released to the general public.  If you require a room please book early to avoid disappointment that they are full.
