Hi guys,
Would really appreciate some advice on what line you guys would take here.
Am playing the $4.5k on Party when this situation occurs.
We are two hours in blinds are 100/200 with 20 ante.
I have ad kd on BB (6,720) Hj + 2 flats (6,390), Hj flats (16,461) it"s folded to me were at that point someone comes to my front door. Looking through the window he is the meter reader from Scottish Power.
Now here comes the complicated part i have already used at least 5 seconds of my time bank (30) when the door goes. He can clearly see me and i know i have to open the side gate for him to access the gas meter. Which will no doubt take longer than 30 seconds.
How would this affect your line and what action would you take ?

make the raise then dash to the door lol

Shove it all in, stroll to the door.
Wander back later to find you"ve trebled up.
Easy game. ::)

This made me LOL hard. Pretty sure I"ve been there.
Folding is not an option as is raising or flatting as your timebank is not big enough. Ship!!!

No family about?

Ignore man at door. Pretend to be deaf. This is ur most +EV route.

Yell through the glass... "Go and do next door first, be with you in a minute !"

Yell through the glass... "Go and do next door first, be with you in a minute !"
Most definately THIS ;D

shout at the window and stick your first finger in the air to say "wait one minute as im just finishing something important off" , play the hand as doyle brunson says "nothing else matters" when playing an important hand. If he is patient he will wait, ive done it before lol

Lol...ask the meter reader if a 2.5x raise or 3.5x raise is more efficient

Only time you should ever answer the door while playing is for delivery food.
