they start BOSS tourneys short handed so they can fill them with late registrations. once late reg finishes (after the first bust out) then they are rebalanced to full ring.

agree, he just didn"t seem to be the type that would dive in like a bull in a china shop too and post a question designed as a whinge ;D ;D
