It"s looking like $40 + $10 rake + $5 dealer gratuity. One day event, to take place after we get married. ~~Not naming the room yet, but the guy we are speaking to is on The Strip.~~ Details underneath the list of names!

Venue: Tropicana Poker Room (http://www.troplv.com/casino/poker-room)
Buyin: $40 (pot) + $10 (house fee) + $5 (dealers) - total $55. No rebuys. No re-entries. No alternates.
Starting Chips: 7,500 (1,500 of these only if you pay the $5 for dealers, which is voluntary)
Blind Length: 20 minutes. Break every 6 levels.

Virtually every game has this pay formula in Vegas... the extra $5 for the dealers is because they get paid very lowly and dont get all the tips that the waiting on staff get... and also, you get a load more chips... and also.. the $5 is optional...

But I find it annoying that they usually ask for tips when you cash as well as when you buy-in. One or the other is fine with me.

This will be our last night. As much as I enjoy APATers" company, this is not a poker trip for me; it"s a holiday for my wife and I with some poker thrown in. If APAT event doesn"t happen, and if I"ve not played too much before this, I (possibly we) should be up for it.

Who am I kidding? I"ll make this the second most important event I schedule my play around. Deal me in.

Date: Monday 21st November
Time: Either 5pm or 6pm
Buyin: $40 + $10 + voluntary $5
Chipstack: 6,000 + 1,500 (for the $5 above)
Blind Levels: Looks like 20 minutes. 10 minute break every 2 hours.
Location: A Casino on the Strip.

So on the 21st November 2011 at 6pm PST we will be sitting down to play some "poker", drink too much, confuse the cardroom staff, create merry hell and generally have a fkin ball.

The Details:

Venue: Tropicana cardroom

Start time: 6pm on the dot so get there early (unless you"ve blown a hole in your foot at the shooting range)

Buy in: $40 + $10 for 6000 chips + optional $5 (dealer tip) for another 1500 chips

Structure: 20 min blinds no antes ;D (levels subject to change)
