Felted first hand after break by donk calling his entire 10k stack on a flush draw, river of course, was all in to signal to Aces Steve that I had a monster

Hey Solar, I agree, you were very unlucky on that last hand - folded AQ here on that flop! You did outplay him and the call wasn"t great, but I am tending to find that in this game. Thought you played it well anyway...keep going!

Cheers - I was concious that you were in the pot hence the shove rather than small re-raise, I know what you mean about the play and in the cold light of day I wanted the call as huge favourite.
Keep it going and ship this beauty for Yorkshire!!

I hope you reconsider Marcin. We have all had Big pairs outdrawn by smaller ones, that"s poker.
A lot of posts are done in the heat of the moment which at least shows that we are all passionate about the game.
In most of the bad beats posted we want the villan in the hand and they get lucky.
Keep it up boys & girls we are in with a shout.

Chip stack about $7000
Utg 4 stack about $12000
I was the big blind $500 and utg 4 min raised to a $1000, I held 8h 7h and called.
Flop Ah Kh 2d
Utg 4 All in..... I fold, was i correct or should i have shoved?
