Don"t think that I saw 1 decent hand the past hour... Only in the $4k on iPoker I doubled with AK vs AQ and I had KK when everybody folded.
But that means that all the nice hands are coming in the next hour :)

like last 2 weeks, I keep on losing the import hands when 80/20 or 70/30 ahead...

SUNDAY 20/01/2013
Final thoughts:
Hardly seen any hands; and when I have them I get outflopped. Has been like this for the past few weeks, but what can you do besides being patient. Of course there were some hand that I should have played better... I will review them tomorrow.
One tournament was awful... in the $13,50 KO I called an all in with AQ pretty early on. Big mistake... even if I was sure it would have been a flip, it still would have been a bad call.
I managed to get a ticket for the Bigger $55, unfortunately nothing worked there.
And of course being the bubble boy in the $4k on iPoker makes me sick... QQ vs K3. I should have went all in a few hands later when the same big stack kept raising during bubble play. Had AQ on the button and I feel I made a mistake by folding that hand. Sure we were on the bubble and I was one of the short stacks, but a min cash would not have been a big deal here... What are your thoughts here, guys?
Anyways, I feel sick about tonight... imagined having a better start... but hey, that"s poker I guess...

To get back into it, I just registered in the $10k Gtd R/A on iPoker, buyin $5,50 + rebuys. I"m going to have a maximum of 2 rebuys and 1 addon (for a maximum of $20,50)
Updates will appear here... Took 1 rebuys to start with.
Edit: and also the $10 Knockout, which starts in 5 minutes...
21:00 iPoker $10,000 Guaranteed R/A ($5,50 + R/A)
21:25 iPoker $10 Knockout ($10) => $1,86 bounty)

Rebuy: back to starting stack after losing QQ vs AK... 2nd rebuy taken.
Knockout... someone keeps calling me and hits runner runner flush. still 2k left from the 3k starting stack so no panic
-
Rebuy: 1,5k --- avg 6,4k... got crippled, flopped top 2 pair, opponent goes all in with a flush draw and hits of course
Knockout: 5,5k --- avg 8,2k --- 15/23
Update 22:37
out in the rebuy; AJ vs JJ
doubled in knockout: 66 vs AJ... yaay, I won a flip! avg stack
and then jinxed it; lost a race for top 3 stack... AK vs QQ, no help
New bankroll: $875,60

Sorry guys, took some time off to watch videos and do some hand reviews because I wasn"t happy with a few tournaments. Played 3 tournaments to try a few things and in one of them 3 days ago ($22 NL Omaha) I got 2nd for $340 something... I didn"t announce it and was planning the tournament to try a few things, so it wasn"t part of the challenge.
I"m so excited by the Online Cup that yesterday that was the only thing I played :) But I was planning to use this for this challenge as a big thank you for your trust...
From now on I will include every tournament that I play with a buyin of $22 or less. There is an exception for League games (involved in a few leagues and I want to keep this seperate) and for sats. Sats are only included when announced. Of course I will correctly announce everything; I just took some time off to reset a few things.
So just to show that I am able to do good in tournaments and to thank my backers; I"m including that result in this challenge (the 2 other tournies I played were a miss, of course that won"t be counted!!)
So:
Played the $22 NL Omaha on Stars on Friday 8/2/2013; and cashed for $347,80.
New bankroll: $1.201,40
And you can be sure that starting next weekend I"ll be playing more MTT"s again; so watch this space!!

Nice gesture, thank you, and good luck in other games :)

Out of the $8,80. All in after the flop with top set vs someone with up and down straight flush draw. Classic coinflip and on the wrong end.
No big pots in the $11 one. Just gathering some chips; bit below avg though. But for some reason in PLO MTT people start playing crazy and a lot of them go out in the first hour. So without winning big pots there"s no chance to be on top of the leaderboard :)

Cheers Tom, nice gesture

Update 21:00
Stars $11 PLO (6-max, $1,5k Gtd)
lost majority of my stack when I hit trips on the flop, but turn and river were ugly so had to fold. Tripled since then, but still short. 2,8k, avg 7,9k, 65/74, 30 itm
Stars $4,40 NLH (2R1A) => total buyin $16,40
good start. 11,8k, avg 7k, 13/105, 18 itm
Ongame $3,000 added GSOP Giveaway ($5,50)
bad structure, but good value since total buyins was less than $3k and they added $3k. You can only win tickets for the GSOP for next month. Out just before the break 228th of 556. :(
Ongame $1,000 Gtd ($11)
early double and then lost a few chips in a pot vs 2 other players. 3,5k, avg 2,6k, 21/82, 15 itm
-
PLO: out; got all in after the turn with top 2 and straight draw. Opponent with middle 2 pair has 6 outs for the nut straight or full and hits... Would have been back in the game with avg stack. F***

arrggghh, keep losing crucial moments:
Stars rebuy: loss vs shorty when he hits the river and then lost a big coinflip... would have been top 5 stack
Ongame: was chipleader and then massive pot with my AK vs QQ vs TT... no help; would have been massive chiplead with twice the stack of 2nd place... still a healthy stack though

Well done Tom,
Railed on stars for a bit. Nice one ;D
-
Nice one Tom.
-
thx guys!! It felt good to go far in 2 out of the 4 tournaments yesterday... let"s hope we can continue that run.
Tonight I"m probably only playing the GSOP Mini Event 1 ($22 buyin deepstack, $30k Gtd) besided the Online Cup here. Since we are in the last 16 I"m going to keep a close eye on our team and our opponents, so not going to play anything else, besides maybe the GSOP Mini Event.
I"ll confirm later though!
-
Nice job Tom and bit ul by sounds of it.....gl today and wpwp again!!
-
Confirmed: playing the GSOP Mini Event 1 on Ongame; nickname Nieuwmoer.
Will start at 19:00, so in a few minutes.
-
Damn, didn"t get 1 single hand and then lost set vs set... out midway
New bankroll: $1339,00
-
Playing GSOP Mini Event 4 at 19:00; Ongame network
-
Glglgl
-
As in last GSOP Mini Event, nothing works. Every raise gets reraised and if I see a flop, I don"t hit anything.
That"s poker of course :)
Still 2,5k with 7,8k avg... 12 BB"s
-
Damn, and finally a hand with TT and lost a coinflip vs KQ
One of those days :p

Schedule for tonight:
19:00 Stars Sunday Kickoff Sat ($16,50)

19:00 Ongame GSOP Mini Event 8 ($11)
19:05 Stars $3,30+R PLO (6-max, $2k Gtd)

-
A miss in the Million sat; and early exit in the GSOP Mini Event (coin flip when all in on the turn; overpair vs flush and straight draw.
PLO rebuy: took 1 rebuy, nothing happened and bit below avg
NLH rebuy: took 1 rebuy, flying start with a 10k stack, avg 3k
Kickoff sat: 16 players left, 4 tickets, 12 BB"s
-
NLH rebuy: 2nd after break; win big pot and chipleader :p lets keep it coming :)
-
Nicely played in the sat Tom, did well there from a short stack!!! ;D
-
Thx Adi,
so shipped the Kickoff sat for T$109; I"ve unregistered from the tournament as I"m not sure I"ll be able to play it... Will just be added to the bankroll for now.
Other tournies:
PLO rebuy: 90/128, 9k, avg 15k
NLH rebuy: 49/1912, 20k, avg 8k
I shouldn"t have asked to keep "em coming, cos that jinxed it... didn"t get any cards since then :p
In both tournaments I took 1 rebuy and the addon, so both were a total buyin of $9,30.
-
Out in the PLO rebuy... didn"t raise enough preflop with pretty good aces; caller hit trips... should have folded his raise; not so happy with that.
-
Only the NLH rebuy left: 330/966, 17,5k avg 16k
-
Pfff, any thoughts... can I fold this?

U gonna play kickoff if u can tom?.....great chance at monster score for min outlay as sattyed in!!
-
Damn tournament... and I almost never call that hand when someone raises all in preflop. Usually I just reraise so it"s heads up... 1 time I just call and that wasn"t even a bad flop you would think.
-
U gonna play kickoff if u can tom?.....great chance at monster score for min outlay as sattyed in!!
Will play if I can! Only played it once before and had a decent cash... so good vibes :)

Numbers - Saturday March 2nd:
Starting BR: $1317,00
Stars - Sunday Kickoff Sat ($16,50): binked a seat for T$109
Ongame - Mini GSOP Event 8 ($11): no cash
Stars - NLH Rebuy ($9,30): no cash
Stars - PLO Rebuy ($9,30): no cash
Stars - Million Sat ($22): no seat
End notes:
not very happy with a few of my plays... it could have been a whole other story in the NLH Rebuy. At least overall there was a small profit and the roll is up 35%. Let"s keep that up!
Total buyins: $68,10
Total cashes: $109,00
Session result: +$40,90
Closing BR: $1357,90

Ul Tom, i probably would have shoved pre to be honest, but even so should"t the BB just fold anyway?? ???
-
He should have folded pre indeed... he just wanted to get lucky I guess, and that"s exactly what happened.
Should have raised preflop, I agree. And normally I do in this case...

Profit though so... :)
-
True!
Unfortunately won"t be playing the Kickoff...
Tonight I will only be playing 1 tournament (since I"m still in the Online Cup and want to keep track of our opponents), the Mini GSOP Event 9, which is a $22 deepstack NLH.
Not a lot of success so far in the Mini GSOP, but that"s going to change tonight! :)
-
Gl bud ;)
-
Pff, the MiniGSOP is not for me... QQ vs an aggressive player; guy who keeps betting and raising with air. He called a 3bet with 22 and flopped a 2. And me, like a beginner, kept calling/betting with my overpair.
F***
-
2 tonight, may add 1 or 2 more in the next hour:
19:00 Ongame Mini GSOP Event 11 ($5,50 rebuy) --- let"s give it another try :)
20:00 iPoker Ninja Event 1 ($11) --- exclusive on the Black Belt skin

Strange indeed, but I like the structure, so decided it might be good for me.
EDIT: and possible overlay
-
-
I object......only joking!! ;D
Happy for u to play it mate as T$ won.....maybe try and spin rest up and get enough for Million seat?
Glgl
Sounds like a good idea; play a few smaller sats and then save the T$ for the Million... I"ll think about it and we"ll see what anyone else says if I decide to give that a try
-
^^^^now that sounds like a plan!!.....$11 satty mtts and $11.75 shootouts usually prettty weak mate

Wow, in the TV tournament.

Nice result :)

-
Nice work mate vwp and a bit ul again at the end by sounds of it.....dont think many of us are folding trips 4 handed!!
-
I was lucky before that hand, so not complaining.
I was AI blind vs blind with K9 vs A7 (or something like that) and hit a K on the turn.
And with 5 left I was AI with 55 vs 66... 3 spades on flop (none of us had a spade), turn: 5 of spades... river: another spade for a split pot... Lucky turn but unlucky river of course.
So all in all not a bad feeling about this tournament. It took a while before I started getting some playable hands (ask Adi :p) and at that time I made a good call on the river with A high to keep a decent stack which I then managed to build in the following half hour... so not complaining about that last hand. He hit a 2-outer on the turn, but had I gone all in after the flop, I think he would have called with his 99 (KKx not a bad flop for him IMO) so the result would have been the same.
-
Nice play Tom, yes your patience really paid off in the end and vul with that turn card! ;D
-
For tonight:
19:00 Ongame Mini GSOP Event 12: $11 PLH with 1 rebuy and addon. (so $31; forgive me for playing a bit higher again, but since yesterday that ended well, I assume it"s no problem) => unless you still want to object to yesterday"s higher buyin and want me to exclude that result :)
May add 1 or 2 more

out in the sat; above avg in the others
EDIT:
GSOP: 24/167
Knockout: 270/804

Update 20:55
GSOP 63/134, 34 itm, just a bit below avg
Knockout 113/528, 144 itm, 9k, avg 6,5k
-
Out in the Mini GSOP, 99 vs QQ... had to be a bit more patient; shouldn"t have risked my stack (half avg) with that hand. My mistake...
105/323 in the Knockout... no kills yet though

A few other stats:
Total buyins: $524,72
Total cashes: $1086,95
PROFIT: $562,23
Sats:
Played: 5
Seats won: 2 (= 40%)
Regular:
Played: 25
ITM: 4 (= 16%)
FT: 4 (= 16%)
It took a while before I started cashing, only in the 9th tournament I noted a first cash (not counting a sat win early on).
I took some time to review hands and that helped me to discover a few things already... Often I just checked down a hand where I was in position and where I was pretty sure I had the best hand. But when it wasn"t a big hand (like only top or 2nd pair), I just checked back and won a smaller pot... Lately I"ve been betting those pots more often and actually get called pretty often.
a few things I"m working on:
- I shouldn"t be too aggressive at times... especially when I have a bigger stack I play more pots (which is pretty logic) but I want to win every pot and sometimes keep betting/calling with just a gut shot or overcards... that has to stop :)
- if I raise, get reraised and another player calls, I call too often with marginal hands
- I shouldn"t be afraid to raise in early position with a decent hand... especially closer to the bubble, I"m too scared to open a pot in early position with a hand like AJs. This gets better when on the FT for example where i play more aggressively as a lot of people play scared.
I downloaded a ton of videos from DC, so I have a lot of material to learn from :)
Thanks everyone for supporting me so far; if you see me play and you have remarks or want to check the hand histories, please feel free to let me know. Because: If I win, you win :)
So far there have been ups and downs, but I feel confident I"m heading in a good direction.
All in all it"s a pretty good start; but I"m sure that more good is around the corner!
-
Congrats on the results so far, obviously doing a similar thing to on full tilt, it"s nice to get a profit for the investors.
I used to subscribe to deuces cracked but changed to tournament poker edge, it"s about $15 a month and since I subscribed my results and my play has changed so much for the better.
good luck for the rest of the stake.
I also have a similar one running on Stars with some non poker playing mates, unfortunately I am down on that one, they are all ok about it but feel a bit bad telling them about winnings elsewhere, thought I was in for a big one over last two days 2 deep runs in the big $33, got $260 but stil $150 off starting roll.
-
Thx for the tip; already heard good things about Poker Edge elsewhere as DC is less focusses on MTT and more on cash game. I found a few good MTT videos there, so I"m going to take a look in the next few weeks.
And after that maybe will give Poker Edge a try... $15 a month is not bad, although you can"t download videos there, right?
Good luck with your challenges!!
-
From what I"ve seen so far Tom the signs are very encouraging.
Thanks for the updates and its nice that you can see where you think you might be going wrong.
Keep it going your doing great!! Good luck ;D

Hi. Well done so far with turning a very nice profit. I"m working on some similar concepts and have a few thoughts:
- Aggression is key, but just ensure you are selective. If you run PT3/HM2 you can look at useful stats to start to narrow players opening ranges, 3-bet ranges, limp-call ranges. Consider your fold-equity when you are betting with a semi-bluff - just looking over 1/2 hands post-session with pokerstove will really help. Play more pots in-position than OOP when being aggressive
- Ensure you polarise your range when opening from any position. I tend to open in early position with all PPs (especially where 3-betting is less prevalent as it builds a pot for when I hit a set) ATs+/AJo+ (or something like that range - depending on how many handed we are and passivity/aggression of the table) and then throw in some 86s/97s type hands for when we flop something funky and to give less credit to my premium hands (as players can see I am prepared to raise from earl position more often and may even show down some of these hands)
Hope this makes sense and helps some.
-
Hi there,
thank you very much... that does make sense! And can be very helpful!!
-
-
Damn Russian donks... calling/raising with air and then hitting the river. Not a good start tonight. Lost half my stack in the Knockout
CO raises, I (button) go all in with 20 bb"s with AT. CO calls KJ; easy call of course :s And the donk hits.
Out of the Knockout, why do players just want to call an all in to try and win $2,5... wp sir.
-
Out of Stars PLO: AAxx vs KKxx vs QQxx ... runner runner flush for the QQ hand
-
Ninja PLO: 5/27
APAT NLH: 22/53
-
Ninja PLO: 2/15, 6 ITM
APAT NLH: 20/26, 15 ITM (12 BB left)

Pff, out in the NLH AQ vs AT... T on the turn... 24th place
PLO 2/14

No luck tonight... lost a huge pot with AKJT vs A345 for the chip lead.
Out in 11th

-
GSOP table 33 (Nieuwmoer)
-
Well played in the Hyper Tom, didn"t have much choice but to shove.
-
Lol, all my luck was saved for the Hyper Turbo I guess... although it had to last just a bit longer. Out in 23rd for $31,25.
-
Well played in the Hyper Tom, didn"t have much choice but to shove.
Thx, had to indeed... too bad he happened to have K7 vs my T7, but can"t complain.

-
out in the Headhunter... A8 vs A2. preflop I played the hand too passively, so that was a mistake. A258 on the board, but river completed his flush.
Still going:
GSOP Mini: 113/251, 92 ITM
$5,50 RA: 100/269, 72 ITM
$8,80: 646/782
$11: 150/367

Lucky in the $11: doubled with QQ vs KK PFAI
Unlucky in the $8,80: AI after the flop: TT vs AK on a AJT flop. Turn Q
Ladies don"t always like me :)
-
Out in the GSOP... I haven"t won a single coin flip in that entire series...
$5,50 1R1A: 63/152, 72 ITM
$11: 34/329, 72 ITM

$5,50: 59/76, 72 ITM
$11: 118/163; 72 ITM
Midnight Oil: 27/62, 9 ITM

$5,50: 30/46, we are itm; about 20 BB"s left, avg 80k, i"ve got 60k
$11: 77/90, 72 itm, roller coaster ride!! 15 BB"s left
Midnight Oil: 34/42, 9 itm... not a hand yet
-
31st place in the $5,50 1R1A for $31. Was in the SB with 55, gets folded to the button; bigstack who makes a little more than minraise. I know he"s stealing so I push all in (12 BB"s). BB wakes up with QQ... no help
ITM in the $11 as well, very short tho
And the Midnight Oil; managed to double up but still way down the bottom of the leaderboard: 20/24
EDIT: My first hand: AK in the big blind... folded around LOL :)
-
Out in the $11 in 51st place for $22,80
-
Currently at the FT of the Midnight Oil... that was unexpected the way things were going :)
7 players left, 3 short stacks including me. 7th place is $88, 6th $110, 5th is $55 + a $108 ticket
About a year ago this tournament had added tickets, now it"s part of the prize pool apparently... doesn"t matter, I want one :)
EDIT: Finished in 4th for $66 + $108 ticket

Thx guys.
I was thinking of indeed registering, but EPT London is today and tomorrow, so that means I would have to leave to London first thing in the morning to play day 1B and that"s impossible. If it would have been another EPT, I might have registered.
I"ll give it a thought.
I was thinking of trying to qualify for the Million through the Step SnG"s. What if I would ask you guys that I can reserve $270 of the bankroll to play 10 Step 2 SnG"s ($27) and try to qualify for the Million as many times as possible? Step 4 is worth $215 and can be used to enter the Million.
What would you guys think of that?

There many good tournys on ongame tom?
-
A short review of the day: never a good flop, 2-outered on turn and river... a guy who loves A rag on a draw heavy board... you name it, I encountered it today.
This does put a serious dent in the bankroll...
New bankroll:
Cash: $1452,66
Tickets: 1x Step 3 Ticket ($82) (Stars)
-
There many good tournys on ongame tom?
used to be better, but the level is pretty low. And you have to be lucky to catch some good cards against them, and today that didn"t happen.
But in general it"s pretty good. All the BWin players moved away so that means less traffic.
-
what are the best tournys on there now? the rebuys?
-
6.7k
Need a treble up
-
what are the best tournys on there now? the rebuys?
the freezeouts with 3000 starting stack are pretty good and the rebuys indeed... they offer pretty good value thanks to the gamblers. Don"t really play too frequently there at the moment though.
-
Out Sry, 31000
had 10BB shoved on a 5d 6d 9d flop with Kd Qh v Ah Qd
Didnt hit final Diamond. :"(
Got to 20k at one point but Qh Qs let me down v Ac 10h and Ah 4c......hit ad1 on turn
So just hovered around 10k all night and the blinds caught up!
-

Unfortunately not, I"m flying out to Cyprus on Wednesday.
Good luck for the WCOAP! ;D

Since I couldn"t make it to Nottingham (still gutted), I"ll make the best of it by playing some more online... First up: the step 3 ticket that I have... let"s see if I can make it a Step 4 ticket and that means we will be playing the Million this Sunday.
I"ll add a few tournaments later on; and post the SnG id number when it starts.
EDIT:
18:45 Stars $4,40 NLH 2R1A
18:46 Stars Step 3 (Ticket) id: 711351478
19:00 Ongame $5,000 NLH Rebuy ($5,50 + rebuys)

Flips: 1 in 7 tonight
Only the Ongame rebuy left :(

TID :)
-
The way I"m running the past few days I"m glad I"m not in Nottingham... unbelievable.
J/k I wish I was in Nottingham.
No cashes, didn"t get to the addon stage on Stars, and only 1 rebuy and addon in the Ongame one...
New bankroll: $1415,96
Going to take some time to review hands. I ran bad by losing 7 out of 8 flips, but some hands I played badly.
We"ll get back in shape!!!
-
Oh well, I do feel a bit better now after having to cancel the Nottingham trip... Just won a package to the Unibet Open in Troia (Portugal) in June...
Will play a number of tournaments for the bankroll Monday during the day.

A few for tonight:
19:30 Stars $5,50 NLH (1R1A) $2k Gtd
19:30 Stars $13,50 NLH KO, $8k Gtd
19:30 Stars $3,30+R NLH, $20k Gtd
19:30 Stars Sunday Million Sat ($11), 50 seats Gtd
20:30 iPoker $200k Gtd Sat ($27,50), 100 seats Gtd
-
wtf... Million sat; I go all in with AK and someone decides to cold call his entire stack (14 bbs) with JT... and he rivers a straight of course. ???
I get it: they were suited... pff
And out of the $5,50 (1R1A) and Knockout... both on coinflips. Not going my way for the moment.
-
And also out of the rebuy after a coinflip... AKs vs QQ vs JJ. Extra outs on the river (flush draw and straight draw which makes 19 outs!!) and again no good.
edit: and to finish the night... Close to a seat in the $200k I ran QQ into AA... of course. I couldn"t fold into a seat with 18 left to go, so had to go for it. Let"s hope I run a bit better tomorrow!
Session result: -$76,80
New bankroll: $1414,56

Playing a few tournaments tonight, but only the special Sunday Storm ($11) inside the requirements for the bankroll.
Because of good results in the cash games the last few days, I"m also playing the $200k Guaranteed on iPoker ($130) and I shipped a seat in a $55 qualifier for the Million.
They normally wouldn"t count for our bankroll, but to thank my backers for their trust and advice, I"ll play them as a freeroll and I will add 10% of any winnings in those tournaments to our bankroll!
So schedule for tonight:
18:00 iPoker $200,000 Guaranteed (counts as a freeroll with 10% of winnings added to BR)
18:30 Stars Sunday Storm ($1M Gtd)
19:30 Stars Sunday Million (counts as a freeroll with 10% of winnings added to BR)
-
Good luck Tom.
Win it all, or at least a little bit ;)
-
my good run from yesterday continues:
Million: AK vs A2... A2 can"t throw away on a A73 board and hits, lost 40% of my stack
$200k Gtd: all in on a A63 board with A6 vs AJ; J on the river
still in both, although short in the 200k
-
out of the Storm: first I ran KK vs AA... and then losing AT vs QT for an average stack pot...
Less than 10 BB in the 200k
Back above average in the Million... yaay, a positive note to end :)
-
Lol, and when it seems that you finally are winning a coin flip; PFAI with AQ vs 66 in the 200k. Q on the flop... 6 on the turn;
Still above avg in the Million; I"ve saved all my rungood for this little tournament.

meh unlucky mate....dunno how he snaps with QK!!
-
and as was the case the entire weekend: out on a coinflip.
Don"t really understood why he called that when he could have been easily dominated... not my weekend
New BR: $1403,56
-
meh unlucky mate....dunno how he snaps with QK!!
my thoughts exactly... just the way I have been running the entire weekend.
Couldn"t win any coinflips and losing big pots when going in as a massive favorite.
-
Meh..... Keep the faith your turn soon
-
It turns out that my current runbad continues onto the live scene as well... Will probably take a week or 2 off poker to let it all pass. In the meantime I"ll just hold on to the profit I have here for the moment and hope that soon the doom switch is going to be turned off. :)
-
When will this stake thread actually finish?
Cheers
-
Just having a week away from poker. On Sunday I will probably play a few tournaments.
And this will just continue and try to build a bigger roll so we can play bigger tournaments.
Everybody can always ask for their % back whenever they want; so if you want to get out of it, just let me know.
-
Am fine with the way things are going, just was tad worried when no reply to my pm"s. Onwards, and upwards eh?
GL Sunday :)
-
OK guys, after a short break I"m going to hit the tables again tonight.
It will only be a small schedule as I"m playing 2 finals from a local league tonight at 19:00.
Those finals are only with 20 and 10 players so if it"s over or I"m out, I might add another tournament or 2.
Current schedule:
19:00 Ongame $8,000 NLH Rebuy ($5,50+R) => nickname "Nieuwmoer"
19:30 bWin/Party Pokerfest #35: $35k Gtd NLH ($22) => nickname (Kayden2012)
-
glgl bud TID.......any news on BBP yet?
-

-
yeah think so mate.....pm me when u know on Tues.

out in Pokerfest... first lost 3 way all in: AK vs AQ vs QQ... no help for me.
And then lost 66 vs A7
Average in the $8,000 rebuy
-
And out of the $8,000 as well... nothing going my way. Lost a big pot with AA vs QT and then my last chips AJ vs JJ.
New bankroll: $1366,06

Bumping up so doesn"t get lost ;)
-
:)
I"m following the forum a little bit the last few weeks, but I"m not playing poker for the moment... want to take a fresh start after a few dissappointing results. That, combined with losing important 80-20 pots or coin flips, caused me not playing my A game
I"m playing the Unibet Open in Portugal next week (will contact you and Myles for that later this weekend) and after that I"m going to restart online. The combination of a nice live tournament together with a few days of fun in the sun is hopefully the trigger to get some nice results!
I"m going to open a new thread for the continuation of my online quest for glory when I get back!!!
-
No worries bud chin up, hope it goes well in the Unibet for you. Glglgl ;)
-
Hope you did well in the unibet, and GL in this :)
-
I made Day 2 but pretty much was card dead for the entire tournament. I got AA and QQ in the first level of Day 1 and that was it... very strange. Got to Day 2 with a short stack and was looking for a double up... And then I get that coinflip I was looking for and lost it. That was it...
But great fun and I was pretty satisfied as I didn"t do much wrong...
This coming Sunday it"s back to the online tables... I"ll be putting up a small schedule by then!
-
The restart will be for next week as I had too much work to do last night... Sorry about that!
-
A break is not a bad thing. (Did the same myself last week)
When you are ready Tom, let"s get this thread back on track. 8)
-
Thx Leigh, I will for sure play a schedule most of the Sundays, and if possible also on other nights depending on my work schedule.
Thanks everyone for your patience!
