I am interested In playing the Genting Gps at Newcastle this week it"s a £440 buy in deepstack comp, I am looking to sell 40%, no mark up my maths says £264 for me the rest for any potential investors £176, 10% £44 5% £22, 2.5% £11.50
This is not my usual buy in level and the little experience I have at these levels are finishing 10 of the cash in Dtds £500 a few months ago and finishing 20th in last months £300, for £1150, I have played 1 other deepstack at Dtd which I lost a flip in the last level for at least a day 2 position.
I understand this is a tiny sample and it is a bit of a punt but you never know.
It is a bit of a shot take but had a little bink at Gala so why not, if it does not sell out may still play, again will let people know.
I have a decent grasp of deepstack poker and can grind it out if necessary but also understand it is a 3 day event so we do need chips as well.
I will probably be playing Friday as this is the one day I can get Susan looked after this has to be confirmed by the other carer, if for any reason I have to withdraw will let people know.
A search on Hendon mob for Brian Harland will show a cash in a Gukpt, Apat and Dtd all deepstacks, as I said its a tiny sample but have only played 4 or 5 games at this level.

for £17.60 you get 10% of 40%... that"s 4% of the whole.
40% sold plus the contentious 4% for bumped on the head in Luton :-)
if you want to cap at 40% bri i dare say Ger and i could spare 2% each...

First break got 30k, marathon not a sprint

Dropped to 24k then got back to 29k at second break, no panic Mr Mannering.

Dinner break 32k dodged a bullet with qq which I 3 bet flop k6 8 all spades villain led out, can"t 3 bet as he is virtually committed only 10k behind, I fold he shows 666.had 2 red queens.

40k going into last level, on feature table, had some hands but they know I am a nit, double up would be good.

Made day 2 with 20 bigs, frustrating last hour no spots possibly should of called a 12 big blind shove with A10, still had to go through the table though. That was best hand I had seen the last level, spin it tomorrow
