Hi all, first time posting a staking request on APAT so hopefully I wont mess it up too much.
Glasgow Genting"s £15k guaranteed game is this week. This is the casino"s flagship tournament which they run 4 times a year. The tournament is run over 4 Day 1s; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Day 2 (Final) is Sunday. The tournament is £50 + £5 to enter and re-entries are allowed. It is a deep structure with 25k starting chips and a 30 minute clock for Day 1. Blinds will revert to 40 minutes for Day 2. 14 levels will be played on Day 1, at which point remaining players will bag up their chips and carry these forward to Day 2.
I am proposing to sell off 60% of this event and use 2 buy ins without a mark-up. If I only use 1 buy in then I will refund half the backers share along with any winnings (hopefully!)
So to summarise;
Total outlay: £110
Total proposed backers outlay: £66.
5% - £5.50
10% - £11
25% - £27.50
I do most of my best work online (stats can be found on the links below), last time I played this event in February I just missed out on the money, finising 40th out of over 400 runners with 35 being paid. I also made the final table at the Home International Event at Stoke in November, finishing 6th for £590.

Bust end of level 13 :(
Lost a big pot calling down the streets with A 10 on A 3 5 8 7 and he shows 88 for a turned set.
Then lost 25k calling a preflop shove with JJ @ 800/1600, he has 99 and flops a set. After that I was down to 60k and stack only went downwards as we went card dead. Shoved A6 clubs for 40k @ 1k/2k and run into QQ and JJ. QQ hits a boat and we are out. A pity because felt I played well, got paid in nice spots and put a lot of pressure (bluffs) on shorter stacks in the middle stages.
Still we have one buy in left for Saturday so hopefully we can get the run good that was missing in the latter stages of tonight,

No joy last night, started off ok then got moved to a new table. had AK and 3 bet a fish preflop for most of his stack. I then shoved the flop blind, flop came J 8 3 or something, he called with J6 and I didn"t improve. That left me down to 10k and spent the next 2 to 3 hours folding, totally card dead. Ended up shoving 8k with 10 8 and ran into KK.
Thanks to all who provided staking, just a pity I couldn"t provide a return for you.
