Can you have late entry in a head to head league? How would that work?

Can you have late entry in a head to head league? How would that work?
because there is an odd number in the league, it is made up with the average score of the week , the team name which makes up the numbers is called avaerage, when the league was reset i only got the main league and i couldnt join the h2h which i prefer

The "close league" option was ticked so I have un ticked it
