Hello APAT,
For those that dont know me, and you are the lucky ones, my name is Dann Williams. When not railing Chris Webber or attaching nicknames/lookalikeys to APAT Tour Regs, i do actually play some poker myself.
I am looking to gauge interest for the WCOAP festival in 2014.

Why am i worth the punt?
This year has been a pretty good year for me on the tables and i feel i have a strong edge in the mixed games. This season i have played the PLO sides at all stops i have attended and FT"d each of them (Coventry and Cardiff) plus made the FT of another 4 PLO sides Online including 1 win (North American Leg)
As for the lesser known variants (Razz, Stud, ROE) i am well versed in those games and play them often online (albeit low stakes) including winning the ITM Mixed Game League.
As for NLH, at the last worlds, I made Day 2 of the Main and had a Top 20 finish in the 6 max. Also this year, we made Day 3 of the DTD GP and lost 2 flips to bust in 27/5000ish. Year before i came 51st in the same event.
Needless to say, we are due.
My approach to the game has changed dramatically also, since meeting the mighty Team Gotham and i have put a lot more work into fixing the poorer side of my game.
Important to note:
ADDITION:
Any events not able to play (due to overlap etc) i have the right to play a seperate event at the WCOAP, eg I cant play the Stud as am still in Event 1. I can then use that to play an event not already listed ie PLO8 if out of the ME. This way we ensure the best possible change of return.
Some of these events are on the same day and any games not played shall be returned to backers. Also, some clash with the Team Event, and if i am asked to represent England then the schedule may change.
If the Main Event is won, the Vegas Package can obv not be split, however all backers will be offered their %s in a set amount of events played in Vegas (if happy to do so) and monies for these buyins shall be taken from winnings before returns paid out.
Anyone not wishing to do this can just have their full % paid back to them at the conclusion of the WCOAP.

Thats the plan, Dave is looking at accom for the week. S"pose the main variable is getting holiday at work/getting a pass from the better half.

Obv the news about an Antes only event at the Worlds makes me very happy....and i will prob want that included so is everyone ok if i put that in and change ££ per % accordingly??

Just seen the update that fine with me, i am also playing some event as cousin has roped me into playing (just need to kidnap his penguins so i can also luck box my way to medals)

Yea, added Antes Up and lowered Mark Up, so 10% is now £5 more
Also added stipulation that if unable to play an event, due to being still in the earlier one of the day, i have the right to use it for a diff event in the festival if poss

this is all fine with me.....I will be playing Horse, 6max,razz,plo8,cash and main1b see you on the final table and i will try not to bust you.....I remember last year @DTD I traveled up with my cousin and 1st event random draw seated next to each other......had to ask for a new seat (they asked why)and then looked at the same surname and said oh yes lets move you apart

Cant believe i am writing to say we are getting zero return, sadly a brick in all events.
The positives are that we ran deep in pretty much everything including 30ish in the 6max, 13th in PLO, as well as more. Just wasn"t meant to be. :(
I could go on with the exits blah blah blah, but most were grim and i am over it now, thank you all for the investment, and albeit god value it is a shame no return could be made :(

Not to worry about the zero return.....running deep in all your events was good just winning the flip at the right time was all you needed.
