Hi, over the weekend my Blue Square account has been suspended. I have e-mailed support this morning but I have no idea how long to expect a resolution in as I have not had to deal with their customer support before. Does anybody know if this is likely to be resolved today? ie: Is support any good?
(I have never deposited or played for real money as I only set my account up on Saturday)

I"d call them. they are very quick to respond.

This is being looked into Antony and I am sure that Blue Square will want to resolve any player issues as soon as possible. A few teething problems are almost inevitable over the next couple of weeks I would expect, as APAT members create accounts.

Do you get any kind of bonus?
I registered yesterday but there is no extra in my account.
Do you have to play so many raked hands first?
Or is there no bonus?

i had an account set up by jamie and johnathon a few years back but havent used it for a few years as back then you didnt support netteller not even sure of the email address or username
would i be breaking rules if i just opened a new account?
no rush as i have a previous engagement to play live tonight
