If anyone has any issues with their signup bonuses from Grosvenor, please post your name and poker alias on this thread and I will do my best to escalate and resolve the issue.
Just to clarify though, this is the order you need to complete your registration so everything should be triggered automatically. If you don"t do it this way, I can"t guarantee I will be able to help.

DOWNLOAD the software - HERE (https://www.grosvenorcasinos.com/poker/download)
CREATE a poker alias by logging into the software
DEPOSIT at least £25 on your first deposit - HERE (https://www.grosvenorcasinos.com/deposit)
PLAY at least one NLHE real money cash hand (Any stake)
LOGIN for a second time
This should trigger all of the APAT/Grosvenor sign up bonuses, tickets, points and free spins.

I got a £20 casino bonus funds, which is now £40 real money :-) so obviously happy enough whatever
The page seems to suggest there are other things we should get. Not too worried either way tbh but if I have the option for free stuff I will have it. Might be missing the following going by the signup advert

If you haven"t used your account for a long time then it was probably on iPoker, so you will need to download and setup new details on Microgaming, so follow the instructions. Can"t promise the bonuses will trigger, but you never know.

Haven"t played on Grosvenor for ever. Downloaded the new software and tried to log in under the most likely username and password which, to my surprise, worked first time, although I hadn"t registered on the new platform. They have clearly managed a more effective transfer than some others who moved platform in the past - Betfair and DTD come to mind.
Didn"t get any bonuses, presumably because I"m regarded as an existing player. I"ll just have to manage on the £221 that must have been sitting there these last few years. Might never have found that if APAT didn"t switch.

Apparently you need to deposit, then play one cash hand and all bonuses should be triggered.
Note that it has to be a NLHE cash hand. I deposited and played loads of PLO - no bonus. Played one hand of NLHE and all bonuses were credited.

You"ve been allocated your KO Points when you signed up. According to Grosvenor, you"ve been using them to reg for tourneys since, so hopefully all sorted your end then.

Finding this site a bit confusing. It seems to have taken funds out of my cash balance and placed some in an "all games bonus" category. I deposited 80, got 20 free which I thought made 100. Used my free spins and won 12. Lost 20 at blackjack, about 9 quid on cash and played a few sit n Gos and was about 5 down. My cash balance showing as 21 with 54 in the all games bonus. Does anyone know if the all games bonus funds are instantly available should I lose the 21 showing in my cash balance? If not I won"t be happy!
