I work in the evenings and so am unable to play any of the satellites or attempt the Clickfests for any of the live tourneys, and now there are no regional qualiifiers I have no way of getting in to them in advance. So I ask, Is there any chance of having a daytime satellite please for those of us that cant make the evenings?

or SnG satts ???
-
I"m in the same boat - not a bad idea

sorry, i was meaning for the online championships, dont think they could run SnG satts for the live tourneys.

We would be happy to set a daytime satellite up to our next live event. I"m not sure we"ll see enough demand to generate more than one or two seats, but we can certainly have a go.

That would be brilliant, even if it is only one or two seats atleast it gives all members a chance to qualify.
Can I register for it now please?!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

would help me out as well, not been able to play any of the sats, and working for the clickfest! >:(

Is there a cap on the number of seats available by satellite?
Some people don"t play online at all, and some people don"t play well online.
If there are too many online satellites then the significantly reduced number available through a clickfest will almost exclude these players from the live championships.

Does that interpret to "I busted out of the satellite and am getting worried about getting my seat!"?

Didn"t play. I don"t like playing online satellites.
My main point would be that it would be counterintuitive to reward all the good online players by making it so much easier for them to get a seat into a live event - and conversely penalise the good live players by making it harder for them to get a seat into a live event.
EDIT: and as suggested by Danzor and others - there are the players who just won"t be able to play the scheduled satellites. The more seats that get allocated via satellite the less chance any of these groups of players have of getting one in the clickfest.

I emailed APAT about possibly having a weekend satellite next time round (I work Mon,Tues,Weds evenings) but got no response, (I know he"s a busy man :)).
Obviously not everyone will be able to play in every satellite, but they should maybe be more varied in times/days, etc.
