For the past few days I"ve had an error message saying "Username or password is incorrect" but after a few attempts I can usually log in. Today it took over a dozen attempts. Is there trouble at t"mill ?

Yes. I"ve had the same problem.
One way around it is to uncheck the "remember username/password" box.
This seems to do the trick.
My reply from Betfair Support was :-
Dear Leigh,
Thank you for your e-mail.
We are aware that some players are experiencing this problem whilst trying to log in to the poker client. The matter is being investigated by our technical team.
Regrettably we do not have a time frame for resolution but rest assured we are trying to resolve this matter urgently.
Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further enquiries.

Thanks Leigh, I"ll give that a go. I thought I might be developing sausage fingers... :D
I might wait until 7.50pm tonight to reg for the League match, just to make sure I can log on.

Been happening to me ever since I switched over. Switched no hassle. Deposited and tested out the new software...no hassle. Logged out to cook dinner...kids found hassle there, but that"s another tale. Tried to log back in after dinner...jumbo hassle. Not been able to get on since. Sigh.
Was just on the phone with them and got the same reply Leigh had in his email. Tried the few times while on the phone with them and suddenly I was blocked due to more than 6 attempts at logging in. Obviously they unlocked it straight away, but just be aware - try more than 6 times and you"ll need to phone them to remove the block you"ll get on your account.

My problem is I am disconnected all the time, I have no other programs running due to this but nope I still get disconnected all the time, never used to its just been the past couple of days. Anyone else suffering from recent disconnections?

Maybe it"s BF"s way of preventing me from losing.

tried a few times today to play betfair, but was disconnected every few mins.... gave up and played elsewhere. not had it that bad before.

Same here - 4 unsuccessful attempts before I went and donked off what I had left on Stars instead. TF I couldn"t access this ... probably would have done my roll there too.

Same problems, I started logging on a half hour before sundays league match,and just made it!! (sent from the new Samsung Galaxy Tab- in Berlin!!) ;)

Have spoken to Betfair about this and it is top of their priorities to get resolved.
Ongame are working on a fix, which should be released shortly, hopefully this will solve the problems.
