Title: Really Hate this, is it bad

Omaha Cash game £1/1

I have; 9h 5h 6c qc

Flop  7h :2h: 8d

Tilted guy cbets me and 2 others call, see the turn of  6h.
Checks round to Chinese guy who bets out pot {£120} Tilted guy folds Chinese guy now starts speaking to the other player {who acts after me} saying "ive got king flush you wanna call i got king flush". Someone else at the table says is his hand dead if he has the king flush Ruling given :YES.

The other guy announces hes folding out of turn.

My concious was really torn on this, i felt it was angle shooting{although i didn"t ask for the ruling} and its really harsh and sick on so many levels.

-I hate people not involved in the pot asking for rulings so bad I didn"t want the ruling.
-The acting out of turn seriously bad.

Opinions?!

I agree with you, but it is also a ridiculous ruling by the card-room - no way should his hand be killed. I believe most casinos have scrapped this stupid rule now.

In my experience playing PLO cash games with the Chinese is very rarely going end positively.

Its a cash game. People not in the hand should shut up! Why do they need a ruling? it doesn"t affect them.

possibly different for a tournament.

Oh yeah, fold Pre Its a hand that will lose a lot of money in PLO

£1/£1 £2 straddeled whole table has called im BB Straddle is a passive fish not aggressive. [Typo guy didn"t cbet he just lead out] =)
