aaaaaahhhhhhhhh the clickfest long may it continue  ;D ;D
anyone know how i can get two windows open fastest finger first and all that

Never played during the days of the Clickfest. How did it work, sounds like fun. Did you have to type in your details or something?

ah, the old click fest days. Yes you had to type in all your details very fast because seats snapped up.  However, the canny ones had details ready to copy and paste from a word doc courtesy of sage advice from Kinboshi.

Then there was the hold breathe stage to see if the transaction actually went through ;-)

Well that would have been a pain. I have a security check on my account and have to type in additional stuff. Lucky I hated Blue Square so point blank refused to play until they got replaced. They went away in Season 4 after I started playing and seats became much easier to get. I assume that is due to the vast increase in the level of competition :-p

Still trying to think of something amusing to write in this bit.

Sorry I am sure this question has already been answered but I can"t find it.

The PLO tournament, if somebody makes day two of the main event, not that I am planning on it, but some people probably will. Are we able to unregister for the PLO. I have currently bought in via the online software but might unregister and just buyin when I bust the main if I am not able to do so at DTD. Seems the best option.

Also out of interest, don"t think this has been asked why has the WCOAP been moved from it"s normal place to April and effectively replaced by this. Just wondered that all :-)

Are there any details available for the structure of the main event yet?

I"m certain this will be the usual ME structure run by APAT:

Based on previous experience, you can unreg at DTD and they refund you in cash. If not, PLO usually sells out and you can sell your seat onsite to the next "alternate".

I wouldn"t unreg from the PLO if you want to play it just hoping to buy-in on the day. As I said, PLO has always proved popular so you might not get in.

I know that an August WCOAP festival would clash with a certain LARGE tournament elsewhere and could pull players away from APAT's premier event.

Of course, the August BH at DTD is too good an opportunity to pass up (for both APAT & DTD) so the slightly smaller ECOAP festival is a nice alternative.

That"s what I thought when I saw the schedule in February but Des will, no doubt, blow my thinking out of the water.

I would say you"re pretty close on the money there.  In addition, I like the thought of having the WCOAP as the final event of the season, it"s something to retain everyone"s interest right to the end.

Indeed, hadn"t considered that...but it"s definitely a nice way to finish off the season.
