Well I have been a bit slack in posting recently, no particular reason, I just forgot. ;)

So today sees Invasion Yarm the sequel, and I"m not going, as I fear the previous 12 weeks of dieting would almost certainly be undone in 3 days, were I to partake of the festivities. I trust all of the attackers and defenders will enjoy their weekend and more importantly arrive home unscathed (a long shot I know, but heho).

The diet has continued and we are at defcon 34 (lbs) now, with 2 pounds required from the final week. I am 2 notches further away from the end of my belts now, than I was at Christmas, and a few shirts are getting an airing that had once been consigned to the annuls of history.

I"m looking forward to seeing everyone at DTD next week and if some run good came with me then that would be nice.

Travel safe comrades.

Well tonight is the final leg of "The Baker"s Dozen" league which has been a great success, even if I say so myself. ;)

I think at least 7 players can still win a seat, so it should be a great finale.

In addition, I tipped the scales this morning at defcon 35.5lbs so I have 1/2 lb to shed before Wednesday which I am pretty sure I can do. Bring on the Guinness!!!!!

Last night saw the finale of the Bakers Dozen League, and what a great game it was.

Pedro secured his No.1 ranking and a WCOAP Passport too boot and yours truly and Helen sneaked into 2nd and 3rd places for a WCOAP ME seat each, with Ian coming 4th for around 90 euro. MD will benefit from just over 400 euro, which is fantastic.

Everyone enjoyed the format and I hope to do something similar soooooooooooooon. ;D

In other news, the scales duly obliged this morning and I have lost the 36lbs that I set out to do back at the beginning of January.

Thanks to all for the support, both here and online, see you all at DTD.
