Tom, I have Googe Chrome and Java is up to date. I found it horrendously difficult to find the tournament but got there eventually. I understand the refunds policy - a bit annoying when I was really well stacked in the 700+ runner $5 tournament. If that one has also been refunded and I have £50 in my account, I"ll be satisfied. Thanks for your efforts.

I would like to play on the site again following my experience in the $5. I"m sure your APAT players are different, but the calls I was getting were scary. Must be similar to what it was like to play years ago.

John, please let me know if you have been refunded cash or tournament dollars like mysellf when you can please.

my buy ins have not been refunded but i have $40 of tournament dollars ( what use when the software wont work!)

Refund is indeed in Tournament dollars...
Have you tried logging on directly from the website?

Can I ask you to try again in a few days (maybe they were able to find something)... If not, let me know...

Sorry John, I didn"t mention the $5 tournament, but I"ll notify BWIN right away!!
And yes, the calls are sometimes pretty scary :D If you can handle a beat once in a while, you can definitely make some money...

*EDIT: $5 refunded as well...

Yes I have tried logging on from the website still to no avail.

I can get on the sports book but obviously tournament dollars are no good there.

Personally I think this is a bad show by Bwin. I didn"t buy in with tournament dollars and if I"m never going to be able to play on there or to be able to play without fear of the same thing happening again ( still no explanation of why it happened has been forthcoming) these are of no use.

We should have been refunded in cash then we could make our own decision whether to continue playing the site ( if it will ever be possible) or just to cash out.

Everybody should have had the refund by now...

If you keep experiencing problems, it"s best to contact Technical Support in the UK... You"ll probably be able to find the contact details on the website, but I can"t check those (we automatically get redirected to the .BE site).

But the 3 people I spoke to have no knowledge of major problems, but of course they are not familiar with the technical stuff...

Haven"t been able to get in via the application since (and still can"t), so I have just gone in on the browser.

The balance on my account is £36.82.

Transactions:

Date   Transactions   Amount
9/28/2014 9:37 PM   Taken from $5,000 Gtd   +8.27 GBP
9/28/2014 7:18 PM   Taken to APAT Online BAPC Main Event   (18.39) GBP
9/28/2014 6:44 PM   Taken to $5,000 Gtd   (3.06) GBP
9/28/2014 6:43 PM   PURCHASE   +50.00 GBP

Whee, I cashed in the $5 event. Told you I had really chipped up in a short time. Bet I would have won loads in that if I hadn"t been kicked out.
5th place - Portsmouth Snooker Club £10 rebuy

Liz Lieu borrowed my pen - 01/06/2013

Hi John,

the refund was made in tournament money, but that"s not mentioned in the overview. If you look on the website and check "My Account" and then "My Poker" on the left, you will see the T£.

If you keep having a problem with loading the software, it"s best to contact Technical Support... it"s likely that there is just some setting that is not correct or something.

As you mentioned before, there is some value there :)
