@IrishTom:

please check the Crazy Pineapple details... you mention 4 cards dealt there, but should be 3!! (probably copy/paste from the Irish and didn"t correct)

@ everyone:

we had this event during our last Belgian APAT tournament (first time ever in Belgium that Crazy Pineapple was dealt in a casino) and players really enjoyed it!! So if you are able to play this event, please do... you won"t regret it!

Are events restricted to amateur players or can pros play the high roller for example?
APAT Scotland runner up 2008
APAT Sotland final table 2009
If it's not in Scotland you can forget it!

As I"m a bit thick, how do I reserve a seat in the 6 max? Do I have to reg an account with Corrals or are there other ways? Looking forward to playing this a I don"t get play live much, let alone 6 max(my fav tourney type).
regards,
Mohican.

Holding tanks on Coral are closed now (I think).

Eventbrite would be your best option to reserve a seat. Then you could pay on the day.

Thanks for that. I saw that option but wasn"t sure about it. I take it just turning up on the day to buy-in without a reservation is the worse option, esp when these events are very popular.(got a mate who won"t be sure he can play till next week)

Thanks for pointing this out Joel.  We have just sent an email to a small number of affected players drawing their attention to the error.  We will process a seat reservation refund to any player who may be unable to attend the event at the correct time.

A 2pm landing means leaving the airport by say 2.45 after taxiing, immigration & customs etc.

Depending on how you"re getting to Stratford I"d say 90 minutes by Underground, perhaps a just over an hour if you take the overgound into central London first.

Tom, you advise in the player briefing to pre join as a member of the casino to cut down on the time taken to finish the joining process when you arrive.

Is joining the casino the same as Aspre Xtra membership?

A "new membership" system/scheme was set up about 6 months ago - so anyone who has not got a "new card" needs to replace their old one - Aspers Xtra is the new system/scheme.

Basically the "new" scheme will be a red, gold or black membership card - if you have a different colour one (mine is brown ish from last year) then you need to replace it at the casino reception - but that will be a simple and quick process as you are already a member - it"s just a new card you need to update.
