Iain Swain and Sean Snell have cards on their backs.

Sean, with the larger stack, has A s Qh
Iain, at risk but ahead with 10s 10d

8c Ks 8s flop, Iain keeps the lead with not much out there

4s on the turn, Iain still ahead and the both pick up a flush drawer but Iain"s is best...

6s on the river and it takes a while for Iain to register what has happened.

But he does, shakes his head, smiles and exits the tournament.

Charles Kearns raised pre flop with Ad Jd
Kee Cheung makes the call with 9d 10d and both see a flop.

Js 8d 5h

Charles leads out. Kee re raises all in and Charles makes the call.

10c on the turn, Charles still with the lead.

5c river sees Charles get the double up. He is now on around 125k.

Shaun Long is sent to the rail when he runs his Qd Jh into Pamela Venter"s Ks Kd

Despite the 3c Qh 7c flop, the 5d turn and 9s river finish it and Shaun is out.

Two players showing down on a board of 5h Qh Jd 8c 9d

Kee Cheung has Qc 9c and is grumbling about a raise pre flop as Paul Green shows his 10c 5c to take the pot with a straight on the river and ends Kee"s tournament.

William Mcleod and Tom Clark in a very similar pot
William, with 10c 10s , is at risk
Tom has A s kd

8c 8s 8h flop makes very little difference.

10h on the turn all but seals it for William"s double up and the 6c on the river ensures it.

In Craig Dawson"s words:

"The big stack bully raised again from the button and I didn"t believe him. So, I shipped my twenty big blinds with Ace seven off suit. He called with Ace Queen and it held up. So, yea. I"m gonna register for the Vegas Event"

There we go.

Blinds 1500/3000, 400 ante, 25k already in the middle, 9h Qh 7c on the board, 21k bet by Paul McGuinness, re raised all in to 66k by Robert MacDougall and Paul is in the tank...

Thinking...

He calls and the cards go over, Paul has Ks 9s
Robert has Kh Qd

Kc on the turn hits them both but Robert is still ahead

4s river and Robert doubles to over 150k

Barrie Penman and Tom Clark have a battle of the blinds and end up with all of Barrie"s chips in the middle.

Barrie has Ad Qs
Tom has Jc 3c

10s Kh 10c 6d 2h and Barrie gets the double up.

Barrie currently on around 70k

Paul Green and Daniel Marshall lock horns pre flop and all of Daniel"s chips go in with Jd Jc
Paul behind but hoping to hit with A s Kh

6c 2s 5d 5h 6s no good to Paul and Daniel gets the double.
