Looking for Technical Operator to Join Company

Hi there, we are in the process of building out a 15 MW Bitcoin Mining Farm in Texas. Not sure the best place to look however I thought I would throw it out there if anyone knows a technical operator or an engineer that is looking to build out and operate a farm in Texas.

Now is the time to build when energy is cheap and we are in the inventory flush / shakeout period of the mining cycle.
