Felt a little trappy ... could have just about flat called ... but then would have pushed on the flop.

Going to play a 45 runner turbo on Stars ...

Right - unlucky!

Just watching my conqueror make the same sort of sneaky raise with 66 ... he was re-raised back ... and re-raised again!

66 vs KK ... Errr ... genius.

RT +$1,764

Middle of the night - two tables left of $55+5 - when I call with AK ... losing to A6 and the T9 push.

Just starting a $20k g"tee on Stars.

Had a super ropey sleep in which I dreamt my bed was moving and there were rats in my attic - what does that mean?

RT +$1,737 with the $30k g"tee Poker Stars in play.

39th of 699 at first break: 15,900 chips : Average 7,251

Got to the money of a trashy Betfair Super Turbo.

Watching the cricket.

Money on Holland to beat Pakistan - odds just too big not to have a go.

Pakistan 1/20
Holland 16.5/1

Just crazy odds.

Break 2 ... not reached.

Push back at short stack ... who then catches flush on the river ... he had overcards too ... call was fair ... result a shame.

Now the short stack ... the river ace gives me two pairs ... running into the slow played FOUR KINGS ... oh well!

(RT +$1,737)

RT +$1,588

Being driven slowly astray ... failed to qualify for Sunday"s I-poker $250k.

Lost QQ vs 66

Then out kicked with trip 5s.

Will have a go at the daily $30k G"tee on Stars.

$30k g"tee - no progress AQ into Q8x ... meets trip 8s.

River blank then gives me two pairs - but my opponent the low flush.

Will look to qualify for the Scottish Open online tonight.

Will also play the $80k g"tee on PokerStars.

So will be RT +$1,511 plus any winnings - assuming one re-buy in the APAT.

... well a couple of extra re-buys ... so RT +$1,501.

Well spirited game.

Case Q on the river - getting my AQ going vs Mr J Beng"s AA with a Qxx flop.

My demise AJ vs 88 and A9 vs AQ ... fair enough.

An early night ...

Mr Beng still alive ... despite three horrible beats in a row ... fair play ...

See the qualifiers on Saturday night!

99% I will play the Scottish Online Championship on Saturday night.

Having a very odd season ... swinging all over the place ... made the money twice in the Online Championships - bad beaten both times ... but luck in running elsewhere.

All you can do to reduce the effective variance is play MORE ... not sure I can deal with that!

Case Q for me tonight - in end won me nothing.

What did the case 9 cost me the other night? Though I won QQ vs KK earlier (in the Sunday Warm Up ...) Maybe nothing!

All you can do is be in the mixer - one day the concrete will set.

Good luck on the tables.
